Vue mer

Une magnifique vue sur la mer et le château de Quiberon. Tout ce qu'il faut dans l'appartement, même si les meubles sont très vieux et surtout les chaises réparées !! Très belle côte sauvage à partir de la location. Le plus gros soucis est le stationnement. Obligés de sortir tous les jours , tout le stationnement est payant , sur 1h30 ou 4h, grand maximum. Très cher et pas pratique du tout !! Dommage, cela ne donne pas envie de revenir sur cette ville.

Belle vue mais bcp de choses à revoir

Absence de VMC donc salle de bain humide et malodorante, pas de hotte à la cuisine, portes qui se ferment difficilement, balcon très étroit impossible d'y manger, pas de notices pour chaudière et chauffage, bouton chauffage salle de bain défectueux, literie à changer, pas d'internet gratuit, pas de parking gratuit. Sinon appartement bien situé, vue magnifique sur l'océan et le port

Très belle vue et bel emplacement mais les meubles et literie sont à revoir et pas de Wi-Fi, je trouve que pour ce prix, les propriétaires pourraient faire un effort.

Prachtig uitzicht, ruim appartement

Zeer ruim appartement met balkon. Grote ramen met heerlijk uitzicht op zee. Ruime woonkamer, badkamer, slaapkamer en keuken, van alle benodigde faciliteiten voorzien. Ook een wasmachine aanwezig.

Quelle vue !

Appartement très bien situé vous pouvez tout faire à pied .Les chiens sont acceptés et une caniplage se trouve à proximité. Équipement complet ( il y a même trop de choses) Nous venons pour la troisième fois consécutive et nous reviendrons l’année prochaine car la vue nous enchante !

Appartement bien situé avec magnifique vue sur l'océan

L'appartement offre de belles prestations en terme d'emplacement (vue imprenable sur l'océan et proximité des commerces) et d'équipements. Nous avions pourtant des craintes sur l'inventaire car la liste était plus que sommaire sur l'annonce. L'ensemble est un peu vieillot mais reste opérationnel. Agence de gestion facilement joignable et réactive. Le stationnement se fait dans la rue avec un disque, mais en basse saison, nous n'avons rencontré aucun souci.

Attention à la qualité un peu en baisse

J'y viens depuis de nombreuses années mais un peu déçu cette année, le son de la TV ne marchait pas, la fenêtre de la chambre ne se mettait plus en vasistas et certaines lampes étaient en panne. Il serait nécessaire que le logement soit mieux checké entre deux locations pour éviter ce type de désagrément quand on arrive, ce qui était le cas quand l'autre gestionnaire le gérait. Pour le reste, la vue est toujours imparable et l'état général du logement est bon.
