Appartement bien situé avec magnifique vue sur l'océan
L'appartement offre de belles prestations en terme d'emplacement (vue imprenable sur l'océan et proximité des commerces) et d'équipements. Nous avions pourtant des craintes sur l'inventaire car la liste était plus que sommaire sur l'annonce. L'ensemble est un peu vieillot mais reste opérationnel. Agence de gestion facilement joignable et réactive. Le stationnement se fait dans la rue avec un disque, mais en basse saison, nous n'avons rencontré aucun souci.

C’est la deuxième année consécutive que nous louons et sans doute pas la dernière car la situation et la vue nous enchantent .L’appartement est très correct et très bien équipé.
Seul bémol mais non lié à la location :le stationnement !

Bien situé pas loin du centre (commerces), du port (embarcadère) et vue imprenable sur l'océan et belle île en mer. Seul bémol, pas de parking avec la location et c'est difficile de garer son véhicule non loin de la location.
