About this property

Large, bright apartment in city center, walking distance to Duomo and more

This beautiful apartment is in the historical center of Milan, one of the most exclusive neighborhoods in the city. You can walk everywhere, but it is also close to public transportation, restaurants and shops. You will be a 5 minute drive from the Malpensa Express (fast train from the airport), a short walk to the Duomo, La Scala, the Castello Sforzesco, Sant Ambrogio's cathedral , the Navigli, the old financial district, and the Vittorio Emanuele / Montenapoleone exclusive shopping area.

This is the apartment I grew up in and was recently our primary residence. It is warm, welcoming and well taken care of.

Whether you are visiting Milan for business or pleasure, this apartment is a wonderful base to explore the city. Be sure to discover your favorite bar, bakery and small restaurant from this lovely apartment.

There are 3 bedrooms and can fit up to 6 people. One bedroom has a queen size bed; the second bedroom has two twins (one pulls out); the third bedroom has bunk beds. There is plenty of closet space. There are two full bathrooms.

Hot water never runs out. We have central heat in the winter and air conditioning for the hot summers.

We welcome families with kids of all ages, but you must be over 28 to rent the apartment!

The apartment was very spacious for our family of five with large living room and dining room spaces. The bedrooms were comfortable, and the air conditioning was great to cool off during the heat wave. The location was very convenient and close to shops, restaurants, and public transportation. Communication with the host and property manager was very good, and the check-in process was very easy. There were one or two minor inconveniences such as the coffee maker not working and hot water & water pressure being dramatically impacted when someone was showering and the water was being used in another room. Overall, this was one of the nicest VRBOs that we have experienced.

Great location. 10 minute walk to Duomo - 15 mins to castle - 5-7 mins to metro stops. 2 minutes to good grocery store. Great apartment. The location is excellent, very near the Pinacoteca Ambrosiana. An easy walk to Duomo and La Scala. There are grocery stores, bakeries, and cafes very near by. The host was exceptionally communicative. The apartment itself is quite large and well designed with ample communal spaces and three large bedrooms. We were pleased to find that both bathrooms had showers, as we had believed the second bathroom was a half bathroom. Our family was very pleased!

Our experience with this Vrbo was excellent! The apartment itself was incredibly spacious, with beautiful tall ceilings and more than enough room for three people—honestly, it could comfortably accommodate six with space to spare.Our host was attentive and very helpful throughout our stay. Communication was clear and consistent, and both the check-in and check-out processes were simple and seamless.For anyone unfamiliar, it’s completely normal to pay a tourist tax in Italy, so don’t be surprised if you’re asked to do so.The location was very convenient—we were about a 10-minute walk from the Starbucks Reserve, and just another 5 minutes to the Duomo, making it easy to get around and explore.Thank you, David and Oma, for a wonderful stay. Great location to tour the city

Spent 3 nights in Milan and enjoyed all the main sites which are within easy walking distance from the apartment. We enjoyed the spaciousness of the apartment and it was great having a washer and dryer! We highly recommend eating at Da Zero pizza nearby - fantastic!

This is a wonderful apartment in a small building. The location is one of the most exclusive in the city.

What makes this property unique

The apartment is in the heart of Milano, close not only to the Duomo, la Scala theater, the Basilica of Sant'Ambrogio and more. It is in a small building, on a small road. You can see roman ruins out the window. It is a great base to explore from, shop, eat and do business. You can walk to trams and the M1 and M2 subway lines.
