5BR Family Retreat | Pool, Fire Pit & Two Living Areas

Enjoy a spacious five-bedroom, three-bath Edgartown retreat designed for families and multi-generational groups. The home sleeps up to 10 guests and offers two separate living areas for extra room and privacy.

The main level includes three bedrooms, a full kitchen, open living and dining areas, and direct access to the deck and backyard. The lower level has two additional private bedrooms, a full bathroom, a second kitchen, and another living and dining area.

Outside, guests can enjoy the private heated and fenced pool, fire pit, large private yard, playground, outdoor dining and seating areas, and outdoor shower. Inside, the home includes smart TVs, foosball, a massage chair, air conditioning, and high-speed Wi-Fi with speeds up to 400 Mbps. Beach chairs and an umbrella are also provided for island outings.

The property is a short drive from downtown Edgartown and several Martha’s Vineyard beaches. Pets are welcome.

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Tenant is required to sign our rental agreement. If you want permission to bring an animal then you must pay a pet fee.
A Security Deposit (not a payment but a Credit Hold) will be placed on your Credit Card / No events at the house without landlords written permission.
Always report any accidental damages or breakages in a timely manner before you check-out. There is insurance for that possibility.
