⭐️ GOLF CART POLICY ⭐️
** 2025 6 Passenger Golf Cart (street legal, up to 25 mph) is included with your stay. Enjoy driving the golf cart to the neighborhood private beach access, the sound side pier and water access, and many other local restaurants, shops, and attractions.
— A signed Liability and Waiver Agreement is REQUIRED to have access to the golf cart for your stay. You must fill the form out BEFORE your day of check-in.
— You must be 25 years of age to operate the golf cart as well as sign a liability and waiver agreement, provide drivers license, and insurance information. This is REQUIRED.
— Only the individual(s) who sign the liability and waiver agreement and also provide drivers license and insurance information are eligible to operate the golf cart. No exceptions.
— There are two settings: “D” a standard drive setting that goes 15 mph, and “S” for ‘Street’ which goes up to 25 mph.
— Our golf cart has an NC license plate, so it is considered a low-speed vehicle, and not a golf cart. YES, it can be driven on any road with speed limits 35 mph and under. YES, it also requires seatbelts and car seats and follows any other rules that the DMV requires of vehicles on the road, such as using blinkers and not driving on sidewalks. Please be mindful that there are stretches of Hwy 58 and Coast Guard Rd that are 45 mph and not 35 mph.
— Failure to adhere to the rules and obligations laid out in the Golf Cart Liability and Waiver Agreement, may result in termination of rental lease.
— $100 fee for missing golf cart key card. You MUST return the key to the safe and lock it prior to departure.

— Pets CANNOT BE LEFT UNSUPERVISED inside the home.
— Pets MUST BE CRATED when the pet owner is not present.
— Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pet. Place all pet waste bags in the trash can outside.
— Guests will be held accountable for their pet, and any DAMAGES to the property will be charged to the guest.
— **Do NOT arrive without paying the pet fee. If you include your pet in your reservation, then the pet fee will be automatically included in your booking total, and you are good to go. If not, no worries. Just let me know, and I can send you the pet fee request after booking.

— There is an audio/video camera underneath the home in the back left corner. It is angled where it picks up the view of underneath the home, the driveway, the main outdoor stairs, and some of the front/side yard.
NO LARGE GROUP GATHERINGS
— Absolutely no large group gatherings and NO PARTIES. Guests who break this rule will be asked to leave IMMEDIATELY, and a refund will not be issued.
