Living room:
Open to the dining area and view of the patio with pool. Space contains pull-out queen-size sofa bed.

Family room:
Open to the Kitchen and a view of the patio with pool. Double glass sliding doors open to the patio. Space contains electric fireplace that has option to produce heat and wall mounted tv.

Main Bedroom:
King size bed and walk in closet. Cabinet turns down to a twin-size bed. Tv in room. Patio doors open to patio with pool.

Bedrooms:
The other two other bedrooms have queen size beds. Each bedroom offers a roll-a-way twin size bed.

Dining room:
Dining table will expand and seat 12 persons. Space has a double glass siding door to the patio with pool.

Kitchen:
Is equipped with basic cooking needs. Keurig / regular coffee maker, microwave, toaster, blender, crock pot, electric griddle and all your eating utensils.

Bathrooms:
Two full size bathrooms. Each have walk-in showers. Bathroom of Main Bedroom has a soaking tub. Included are towels, hair dryers, hair and body wash.

Game Room:
The Garage has been converted into a game room with a pool table, air hockey table, foosball table, bar top seating, and tv.

Patio:
Bar seating area. Seating, propane grill and wall hung tv.

Pool:
Heated pool to 85 degrees. Pool toys and game such as volleyball and basketball. Watching tv from the pool.

Outside Activities:
four bikes are provided. Yard games such as corn hole and ladder ball. Tennis and pickleball rackets, golf putters, and basketball are available to use at local courts. Just couple of blocks away.
