Parking is limited at the property. Each unit is allowed a total of two parking spaces on the premises, available on a first-come, first-served basis per HOA policy. Garages do not accommodate two vehicles per unit, and some guests may need to park on the street or use a different garage if on-site spaces are unavailable.

Quiet hours are observed from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Noise complaints or violations may result in a fine equal to one night`s stay.

Check-Out Time
Standard check-out is 10:00 AM. Unauthorized late check-outs may result in extra charges and possible removal from the property.

No Pets Allowed
Pets are not permitted on the property at all times.

Hot Water Notice
The property has a 50-gallon electric hot water tank, which means the hot water supply is limited. If multiple guests are staying, please allow some time between showers or other heavy hot-water use so the tank can reheat.

No Air Conditioning
Please note that this property does not have air conditioning.

Arrival Instructions
The unit is located in the Needles Building, which is the second building on the left within Cascade Village.
Guests should park near door #11 for the most convenient access.
