About the host
Hosted by Ann Ni
I grew up in Seattle, and hosting is a way for me to share the city I love with others. My partner and I enjoy staying in and exploring local neighborhoods when we travel — finding great food, walking around, and getting a feel for everyday life rather than just seeing the main tourist spots. That’s the kind of experience we try to create here: a comfortable, well-designed home where you can relax, cook, and spend quality time together while exploring Seattle at your own pace.
We care a lot about the details and the overall experience, from cleanliness and thoughtful amenities to clear communication and smooth check-in. We want guests to feel confident that everything has been considered. We’re always happy to share our favorite local restaurants, coffee shops, and things to do, but we also respect your privacy so your stay feels independent and stress-free.
Why they chose this property
We loved living in Greenwood, and it has become our favorite neighborhood in the city. It has a relaxed, residential feel while still being walkable and full of great local cafés, restaurants, and small businesses. There’s a strong sense of community here, and it feels welcoming and authentic in a way that reflects everyday Seattle life.
We especially love being close to Green Lake, which is one of our favorite places to walk, run, or spend time outdoors. It’s a beautiful, lively area year-round. Greenwood is also centrally located, making it easy to reach Ballard, Fremont, downtown, and many of Seattle’s other vibrant neighborhoods, while still offering a peaceful place to return to at the end of the day.
What makes this property unique
We designed this home with real group travel in mind. We know how important it is to have space to gather and connect, but also privacy when traveling with family or friends. The layout allows for both, with multiple living areas and two kitchens so guests can spend time together comfortably without feeling crowded. The private primary suite and separate levels are especially helpful for multi-generational families or groups traveling together.
We’ve also focused on the details that make a stay easier and more relaxing, such as a fully equipped kitchen, fast and reliable Wi-Fi, comfortable beds, blackout curtains, air conditioning, and convenient parking with EV charging. Our goal is to create a calm, welcoming environment that feels like your own home while you explore Seattle or attend events in the city.
