The kitchenette(fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and a hot plate with pan) is enough to make a small meal or coffee to start your morning.

The bungalow features a large arch window, a small kitchen with a skylight, and beautiful architectural details like an archway wall between the main room and the kitchen. Sliding door to the bathroom, blinds on all the windows, and a private entrance.

Set on a quaint street in the cool Cherrywood neighborhood. Walk to a variety of hip cafes and restaurants.

Park in the driveway, walk down stone steps, then continue around the house and gate to your cottage. It is all yours.

We live in the front house but will give you all the privacy.

Cherrywood, filled with coffee shops, bars, and restaurants, is where the locals hang out. From a cheap taco to a sprawling patio brunch, Cherrywood has it all. Downtown is just a short Lyft ride away. UT is even a shorter ride!

This is a smoke-free, pet-free space.

FREQUENT QUESTIONS

What is the parking situation?
You may park in the driveway on the right hand side.. If more space is needed, on street parking is free and available.

Kiddo Supplies: Please let us know ahead of time if you need a pack n play or high chair.

How do I check in?
The evening prior to your arrival, we send the details for your check in: address, door code, wifi info. You will be able to come and go using a code.

Can I extend a stay?
To extend a stay, you can request through the app or message us. We will check the calendar then send confirmation with the new payout.

Can I change or cancel my reservation?
We have a moderate cancellation policy. It may vary a bit between platforms, but usually 5 days prior to arrival guests may receive a full refund. If a guests wants to make changes within the five days arrival or after arrival, we cannot provide a refund.

Are pets allowed?
Because of allergies, we are not able to host pets.

Are there extra pillows?
We provided two pillows per person. For instance, a queen bed will have four sleeping pillows. We leave plenty of extra blankets as well.

Are extra guests allowed?
If you have a few (2-3) friends pop over, this is not an issues.

Is smoking allowed outside?
Yes, you are welcome to smoke outside the space. Please pick up cigarette butts. Smoking inside the home would result in a 250.00 fee for cleaning and possible blocking nights for other guests.

Could we leave our luggage?
We are able to store luggage in the space for two hours before or after check in. Let us know so our cleaners are not surprised. There is also a service (usebounce) that is an option for storing bags.

Could I have an early check-in or late checkout?
Because of our busy cleaning schedule, we do not schedule early or late check ins.

What is a MUST do in Austin?
We love Barton Springs (especially in warmer months). South Congress has so much in a close proximity. Park close to Jo’s Coffee and stroll from there (shopping, cafes, music!). Vera Cruz tacos are really the best Austin has! Our Capital is gorgeous and very worth a drive by!

What else is important to know about our stay?
-Our septic system is very delicate. We kindly ask that absolutely NO wipes or feminine products may be flushed. If they are flushed, we will need to charge you as the guest for repairs.
-Guests will access the property by a small set of steps going down a hill. It is imperative to note that if you have any issues with steps, this may not be the best property for you.
-We live in the front house, and LOVE hosting! We are here for anything you need, and strive to make your stay as comfortable as possible. We always give guests their privacy, but we ask that you please reach out if you need anything at all during your stay.
-Please no smoking and no pets.
-Please don`t flush wipes of any kind, paper towels, sanitary products etc. Repair fees for system clogs will be charged to the guests.
