Whether you're here for the parks, the poolside afternoons, or simply a comfortable home base in Central Florida's warm December weather, everything you need is already waiting.

 

Living space

The ground floor opens into a bright, open-concept layout where the living and dining areas flow together naturally. The living room seats six comfortably, centred around a TV, while the adjacent dining area offers table seating for another six. It's an easy space to gather after a day out - casual, connected, and sized for the whole group. A private entrance keeps arrivals and departures on your own schedule.

 

Kitchen

The kitchen is fully equipped for everything from a quick breakfast to a proper family dinner. Granite countertops and stainless steel appliances set the stage, and the practical touches are all there - refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, toaster, hot water kettle, and wine glasses, along with cooking basics, dishes, and silverware. A dining table sits close by for meals at home.

 

Sleeping arrangements

The main-level master bedroom features a king size bed - a calm, private retreat away from the upstairs. The second floor holds two additional bedrooms: a Mickey-themed room with two full size beds, ideal for younger travellers, and a third bedroom also fitted with two full size beds for additional sleeping space. Together, the home accommodates up to 10 guests across three bedrooms and five beds.

 

Bathrooms & laundry

Two bathrooms serve the home, both equipped with a bathtub, hot water, hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and shower gel. A washer and dryer are on-site, with an iron and clothing storage also available - everything you need for a longer stay or a quick refresh mid-trip.

 

Community amenities

As a West Lucaya Village resident during your stay, you have access to the community's resort-style facilities: a heated pool, clubhouse, fitness center, and playroom - all within a secure gated environment.

 

Location

West Lucaya Village sits just 6 miles from Walt Disney World Resort (approximately 15 minutes), with Disney Springs about 8 miles away. ESPN Wide World of Sports is a 15-minute drive, SeaWorld Orlando is roughly 22 minutes, and Universal Studios Florida is around 25 minutes. Old Town Kissimmee, The Mall at Millenia, and Orlando International Airport (MCO) are all within a 35-minute drive. Shopping, dining, and highway access are close at hand throughout.

 

Good to know

The home is stocked with a starter supply of essentials - shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, sponge, dishwasher pods, washer pods, and kitchen towels. For longer stays, you may need to replenish. A pack 'n play/travel crib is available for families with small children. The home has a dedicated workspace, room-darkening shades, ceiling fans, air conditioning, and heating. Smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, a fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit are all in place.



Check-in is available from 4 PM; checkout by 10 AM. Long-term stays of 28 days or more are welcome. Free street parking is available.
