Do you like privacy? My Disney Oasis has 3 bedrooms, each with their own smart tv and en suites, sleeps 8 and has a private splash pool with side walls and no rear neighbors!

Please remember that you're staying in my home, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, the local property manager will do their best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site 24/7.

NO SMOKING of any kind is permitted on property.

Resort quiet hours 10p-7a

Due to severe allergies, we are unable to host pets in this unit.

Free, designated, on-site parking for 1 car driveway and additional parking on either side of the building within a few steps. Maximum of 3 cars. (Oversized parking for RVs and boats available with notice!)

Ring Video Doorbell at the front door and facing the pool equipment in the back. No cameras view the inside of the property or the pool area.

It was very close to the ESPN Wide World of Sports complex which made our trip easier for us. The water park and the personal pool were a hit. We would definitely recommend staying there.

Joe(host) and Chai (nearby property manager) were both very responsive. There was enough pots and pans for me to cook up something quick for my little ones. Community center has so many events during the Christmas holiday to keep the kids entertained. This home is walking distance to the community pool. Walmart Supercenter is just a mile away, super convenient to get whatever you need. Will definitely return for our next visit.

With the exorbitant prices for Disney Hotels during the holiday season, this place was a great find. With reasonable fees, location to parks and amenities you will be more than happy with your choice to stay here! Kids (or even adult fans) will love the Star Wars Room.

Great spot to enjoy the theme parks in Orlando. Good access to Disney. A bit of farther drive to Universal. Right down the road from a Walmart and near some good restaurants if you want to eat outside of the parks. We did not get to enjoy the resort amenities but they looked great.

We had a great stay at this lovely house. The beds were comfortable and the home was beautiful. It was perfect for the 4 adults and 2 kids we had. Very spacious and clean. We were very happy with everything from the beginning to the end. The owners to the house were great to deal with also. Answered any questions we had and one day my parents wanted to come visit and they took care of that for us also. Would recommend to anyone.

Fabulous villa in super location

Really brilliant clean, comfortable well equipped villa in super location for accessing all theme parks with friendly very helpful property manager. Easy check in and out. Easter break very busy traffic but location super easy to get to parks. Close to Walmart for groceries. Resort lovely, well maintained & secure. Good clean facilities on site. Villa equipped with everything we needed (fell in love with fridge with ice dispenser!) decor really nice & beds super comfy (much needed after exhausting busy days). Pool warm & lovely. All linen & towels provided. Washing machine & dryer really useful during our 3 week stay. Lots of space in the villa for us, family of 4. Boys loved Star wars themed bunk bed room & were happy to share so we had bedroom on ground floor spare. Villa close to restaurants, shops & theme parks - everything we needed & we felt very safe & happy there. Overall excellent, could not fault it & we hope to return one day!

Great townhouse with the comforts of home plus more!

Our family of 5 enjoyed our stay, the kids say the best place we've ever been! Close distance to a Walmart (don't go on a Sunday night) We had Chick-fil-a and pizza delivered directly to the front door. All the amenities in the kitchen, baths, bedrooms and laundry were perfect for us. Wi-fi speed did not disappoint for the teens, along with the smart tv's. We walked daily to the pool and clubhouse and enjoyed the water slides, pool and game room. It was nice to have access to drinks and snacks while relaxing there. We rented for a $5 fee tennis rackets and balls to play for up to 3 hours on the very well-maintained tennis courts. Staff at Windsor Hills was very friendly and helpful. And Leslie was very personable in getting ready for our trip. Thank you, Leslie!

Wonderful home

Best place to stay if you’re going for Disney. Owner was AMAZING with communication & so helpful. The home is even more beautiful than the pictures show… Not one complaint from any of the 8 In our group. The community pool is extremely nice as well.

Our first Disney Vacation with the kids was amazing and the icing on the cake was coming back to Windsor Hills where we knew we could relax and recharge in a safe, gated community, with a resort style pool, and everything we could ever need!

What makes this property unique

Our townhome has just the right touches for everyone. Parents bedroom is upstairs with a private ensuite - kids are also upstairs and have their OWN bathroom as well! No more kid's messes in your vacation bathroom! Laundry is upstairs right between and downstairs? An in law room with a 3rd bathroom! just out back is a private lanai with splash pool! All just a few minutes walk from the clubhouse and resort pool!
