Check In instructions were not clear. Host did not respond to messages. Had to contact VRBO to get intouch with host. Once inside the property, it was beyond disgusting. Sent VRBO pics and host agreed to refund me

Thank you for your feedback. I’d like to clarify that the check-in instructions provided were clear and sufficient for entry, as access to the property was successfully completed. I understand there may have been some difficulty reaching me initially, and I apologize for any delay in communication. Regarding the condition of the property, I respectfully disagree with the characterization. While there may have been a few minor issues, they were addressed promptly as soon as they were brought to my attention. That said, I honored your concerns and agreed to a full refund in good faith. I always strive to provide a positive experience for my guests and will continue working to improve both communication and property readiness.
