We therefore offer you 'The Sunshine by Grandeur': a 50 sq. meters, 1 Bedroom+1 Living Room, newly renovated and tastefully furnished Ground Floor apartment in City Center with the most modern amenities:
-Smart TV with Netflix;
- Comfortable and Luxurious Box Spring bed;
- Fully equipped kitchen including a Coffee Machine (Espresso, Black, Cappuccino) and Electric Kettle;
- Private Washing Machine in your bathroom;
- Garden and Terrasse with Outdoor Sitting Area;

The apartment is Centrally Located in the Heart of the City: 2 minutes walk to Friedrichshafen Central Train Station; 4 minutes walk to Friedrichshafen Central Bus Station; 8 minutes walk to Promenade Lake of Constance; 3 minutes walk to Car Rental.

Sieht in der Beschreibung hochwertiger aus. Die Küchenzeile ist in die Jahre gekommen und das Sofa ist sehr unbequem Das Bad war sehr sauber und das Schlafzimmer schön groß. Alles in allem aber ok und wir hatten eine schöne Zeit. Die Lage und die Parkplatz Situation ist super!

Wir waren 2 Wochen in der gemütlichen FeWo und haben uns wohl gefühlt. Alles war sauber und die Bettwäsche hat gut gerochen. Komplikationsloser Checkin (Schlüssel in Code gesichertem Kasten an der Haustür) Ansonsten freundliche Kommunikation über WhatsApp mit dem Vermieter, per Email Zugang zur digitalen Gästekarte für Vergünstigungen.Die Parkplatzsituation ist spannend, wenn man zurück kommt. Es gibt 3 Stück für die mehreren FeWo und meistens hatten wir Glück, dass auch einer zur Verfügung stand. Ansonsten findet man einen in der näheren Umgebung. Wir konnten unsere Fahrräder prima im Keller unterstellen.Das Bett war sehr gemütlich, lt. meinen 2 Teenagern. Ich habe auf der Schlafcouch im Wohn-/Küchenbereich auch gut geschlafen. Allerdings wäre es mir dort zu zweit zu eng gewesen. An sich finde ich die Wohnung für 3 Personen ideal.Das Wlan war leider nicht sehr leistungsstark, zumal ein smartTV zur Verfügung steht und damit manchmal die Ladezeit sehr lang war.Es gibt eine TassimoKaffeemaschine, wofür entsprechende Pads nötig sind, leider keinen Geschirrspüler (das hatte ich überlesen) dafür eine Waschmaschine mit Wäscheständer, auch ein Bügelbrett und Bügeleisen (nicht genutzt) Es gibt eine unüberdachte Terrasse mit Tisch und 3 Stühlen, die über den Hauseingang erreichbar ist, aber wir hatten nicht das entsprechende Wetter zur Benutzung. In ca. 10 min. läuft man gemütlich bis zum Seeufer und in die belebte Umgebung, also sehr zentrale Lage.

Ansprechende Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist modern eingerichtet, sauber und gepflegt. Die Terrasse ist nicht mit der Wohnung verbunden, somit nur über das Treppenhaus erreichbar. Sie befindet sich hinter dem Haus auf einem Grünstreifen. Als Garten und Kinderspielplatz kann dies m.E. nicht bezeichnet werden. Ich halte die Ferienwohnung daher eher geeignet für Familien mit älteren Kindern.
