Welcome to “One Particular Harbor” a gulf-front condo offering panoramic views of the Emerald Coast and a bright, coastal interior designed for comfort and relaxation. Beach service is provided from March through October and includes one setup with two chairs and an umbrella for your enjoyment.
The main living area features an open layout surrounded by windows that showcase sweeping Gulf views and fill the space with natural light. Comfortable seating is arranged around a large flat-screen Smart TV and electric fireplace, creating a warm, beach-bonfire ambiance for relaxing evenings. Custom built-in shelving, a wood-plank ceiling, and coastal finishes add to the inviting atmosphere, while sliding doors provide direct access to the private gulf-front balcony.
The kitchen is beautifully updated with white cabinetry, quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, a subway tile backsplash, and a spacious island with bar seating—perfect for casual meals or gathering while cooking.
