In Southwest Cape Coral, surrounded by lush palm-trees, the Villa Surfside amazes with Mediterranean Florida architecture, large, sunlit rooms and elegant wood furniture.

6 guests will find peace and quiet in the villa´s 3 bedrooms. From the master bedroom with double bed, you can directly access the pool area. In addition, this bedroom comes with a bathroom featuring a spacious walk-in shower and a bathtub. The other two bedrooms also have double beds and share the second bathroom.

In the living area, you are welcome to relax on leather sofas and watch TV, while the electric fireplace provides a cozy ambience. There is also an office, in case you need to finish some work.

You love to cook for your whole family? Thanks to the villa´s fully equipped kitchen, this is no problem. In addition to an oven, stove plates, a microwave and a refrigerator, you will find plenty of utensils, dishes, cutlery and a dishwasher – as well as enough workspace and a kitchen counter with bar stools.

Of course, no vacation in the Sunshine State would be complete without a barbecue. Therefore, the villa features an outdoor kitchen with water supply, gas grill and comfortable bar stools. You can enjoy your meals in the tastefully decorated dining area – or in the shaded area of the lanai, overlooking Cape Coral´s canal.

In the open section of the lanai, you will find a heatable pool. Here, you can swim at any weather. There is also a jacuzzi and a roofed lunge area. The Tiki Hut by the water is perfect for enjoying a drink in the evening, and the villa provides a kayak, so you can explore Cape Coral´s waterways. If you prefer a tour on land, you are welcome to use the villa´s 3 bicycles.

Of course, there is always the option to go by boat. Just take the beach chairs, parasol and cooler from the garage, and start your trip to Fort Myers Beach, Captiva, Sanibel or Pine Island. Thanks to the adjacent saltwater canal, only one boat lock separates you from open waters.

Self-Caterers will love the villa´s idyllic, yet convenient location. In 10 minutes or less, you can reach the supermarkets Publix, Walmart and Aldi by car – as well as the shopping centers Surfside and Camelot Isles. Camelot Park with its playground lies 4.3 miles to the south, and if it´s exciting slides you are after, we recommend the 15-minute car ride to Sun Splash Family Waterpark.

Relaxing week

The property was exactly as described in the listing. The outdoor living area is perfect and very relaxing with mangrove behind the canal. The house was emaculate and so inviting. Exactly what we were looking for to get away from our busy lives. There were great restaurants not far from the house, but we found it hard to leave the pool and patio area every evening. This was definitely one of our most relaxing vacations.

We enjoyed this spacious lovely home. It is completely well-equipped. The heated pool and spa were lovely. Just consider that they will require you to pay the electricity costs. The evening sunset views are fantastic. We had some issues during our stay in that the cable box, pool pump, dishwasher and one of the bed frames all broke down at separate times. but the property manager and owner were great about arranging for repairs.

Wonderful, high tech property. Enjoyed it immensely. The spa/hot tub worked perfectly. The pool was not heated. The pool heater is outdated and needs upgraded. The pool guy was out to service the pool while we were there. He tried to get it heated and had no luck. Otherwise the property was flawless. Thank you.

Fabulous vacation at Villa Surfside! (Cape Coral, FL)

My family really enjoyed our stay at Villa Surfside! We LOVED the spacious and luxurious style of the house. So clean and elegant! There are so many comfy areas to lounge, inside and out. We loved the living room layout. The TV was massive. The leather furniture (w/recliners for all) was so nice. The master bedroom has awesome features, and the king bed was very comfy. The other bedrooms were nice as well. One is without a TV, but having an outdoor TV in the pool are makes up for that. ;-) Speaking of outside, the screened-in patio & pool area (with ceiling fans and electric sunshades) was amazing. The pool was clean, warm and wonderful. The canal dock area was super as well. I fished while wife & daughter sunbathed. Communication could have been better. We left a VM on our first night with Mellisa (property mgr.) but didn't hear from her the entire week. The pool guy helped with some of our questions. We would love to stay there again if fate allows.

Perfect getaway

We have been traveling to Cape Coral for several years now, and always enjoy driving Surfside Blvd looking at the beautiful homes.This trip we where lucky enough to stay in one of them. It was beautiful the house is gorgeous the location is perfect on the canal with the mangrove on the other side. We enjoyed our stay immensely, and Melissa was always available if we needed anything. The home is beautiful as with any home always a few quirks, it takes a little practice getting used to the upgraded electronics be patient and you’ll figure everything out. Thanks to Delia and Melissa for everything.

May vacation

This home is lovely! Spacious, beautifully furnished and equipped. We spent most of our time in the pool area relaxing on the furniture, swimming, having a drink at the bar and eating. Neighborhood is quiet and safe. Took several excursions to Pine Island, a short trip, for some amazing seafood. Definitely a place to return to again!

1st VRBO house rental! Beautiful House and Property; Loved our vacation and would stay again. Only thing I wish it had was instruction manual for all the Remotes and goodies the house has to offer. Beautiful property

We went down to get away for a week and really enjoyed this place. The house is beautiful with a lot of space. The pool was acting up when we got there but Melissa made sure to get someone out to look at it as soon as possible. We were only without the pool and spa for one day on our stay. The only draw back is there is a lot of technology in the house. the owners have not left directions yet so I had to figure a lot of things out on my own, such as the pool remote, and the main tv in the living room. The rest of the technology I really just left. It was a great stay and we would return.
