Parking:

Up to (4) vehicles may be parked on the driveway by the garage

Up to (3) vehicles may be parked on the driveway leading to the basketball courts



Additional parking nearby! There is a hiking trail parking lot just a 2 minute drive from the property called Lakeside Bike Trail Parking Lot. Use maps and enter the following address:

One of 5 bedrooms does not have a door. It has a curtain in place. This is described on the room arrangements.



Quiet hours strictly enforced. The house is located in a family neighborhood and we require guests to be respectful of our neighbors. Any noise complaints from surrounding homes or law enforcement will result in security deposit being withheld.



Guests are responsible for providing their own wood pellets for the smoker. Guests are also responsible for cleaning the grill and griddle before and after use. A deep clean/service charge may apply if the outdoor kitchen is not cleaned by the guest. Thank you!!



Damage Protection & Guest Verification (Required)

✔️ All reservations require completion of our guest verification process through TRUVI, which includes ID verification for all adult guests and a $35 non-refundable damage waiver.

✔️ This damage waiver is not a security deposit — no funds are held from you upfront. It allows us to keep our nightly rates competitive while providing coverage for accidental damages exceeding $500, up to $50,000.

✔️ For Airbnb reservations, any damages under $500 are handled through Airbnb’s standard Resolution Center process.

Interaction with Guests:

Our pool is serviced every Monday morning, they will access the pool area during these times.



Landscapers will visit the property every Thursday morning and will access both the front and back of house.
