If you're looking to get out onto the water, Jolly Sailing and Dolphin Cruise offers tours and cruises just over two miles away.

Overall it was a terrific property. The short walk across the street to the gulf was easy, and bay was practically right outside the door! The property had everything you could need and was very comfortable.

Great location, right by the bay and a short walk to the beach. The pool was nice as well. Minor issues inside the house that made it seem like the house was under construction. It anlso appeared that the house hadn’t been deep cleaned.

We have stayed at Boardwalk Condominiums numerous times since 2002. We loved the renovations in this condo! We are locals and will definitely stay in this condo again. The only issue we had was, we couldn’t get the TV to work in the room with 2 beds. Had we been staying longer, we would have contacted someone to help us. But since we were only there for the weekend, it wasn’t that big of a deal.

Easy check-in and clean property! Loved the set up with three levels and places for our six family members to spread out inside and out on each of the three levels! A stair case outside made coming and going from the beach easy! Sunrises and sunsets are gorgeous and the water was amazing! The kitchen is open and offers a lot of options, including the air fryer! Nice ice machine and great fridge space! Make sure to bring spices and extra trash bags, laundry soap and dishwasher pellets…you get only two in your welcome pack. Would stay again! Thank you so much!

Condo was nicely updated. Had an issue with one of the automated blinds as soon as we got in. It completely fell off the rails and we never touched it. On several occasions there was an overwhelming aroma of marijuana. Wouldn’t be so bad 20 years ago but we have small children now. The condo itself is great. Comfortable beds, couches, and chairs. Proximity to the beach by the sound and the gulf is awesome.

Great, but some updates needed

Great location between the bay and gulf. This unit is close to the private and public beaches. The ice machine in the kitchen was a nice surprise. Overall, it was a good stay for our needs, however…Some rooms seemed to be in the middle of renovations, with exposed wood around sliding glass doors and drywall repairs that were waiting to be painted over. The top deck would have been great for morning coffee, but was missing cushions for the chairs, and the coffee maker didn’t work.

Mother's Day Weekend Trip

We had a wonderful stay at this beach house over Mother’s Day weekend! The location is fantastic—right on the bay with a peaceful private beach just a 30-second walk from the house and the ocean only about 3 minutes away. The pier was perfect for fishing, and the bayside beach was clean, quiet, and great for swimming with its calm waters.The house itself is spacious and well laid out, with two bedrooms and two full bathrooms on the top floor, and the main living area and kitchen on the second. We appreciated that all the TVs (except for the one in the kitchen) worked perfectly, and the washer and dryer were very convenient.It looks like the owners recently replaced all the sliding doors, which is a nice upgrade, though some finishing touches like trim, thresholds, and paint are still pending. A heads-up for future guests: bring dishwasher pods and any spices or pantry staples you might need, as none are provided.Overall, it was a great spot for a relaxing getaway and we’d definitely consider returning!
