Located in the Elation building of the Sandestin Golf & Beach Resort, this condo offers a plethora of amenities the whole family can enjoy. Make a splash in the resort-style swimming pool, relax in the shared hot tub or sauna, or practice your back swing on the community tennis court.



Modern comforts await when you return home from a day of outdoor adventure. Indulge your inner chef in the well-equipped kitchen. Share family-style meals at the four-person dining table. In the evenings, cozy up in the living room for a movie night around the TV. Central AC adds comfort throughout.



THINGS TO KNOW

* Please note that construction on the exterior of the building will begin on September 3 to December 20, 2024, weather permitting. This is a tentative schedule, and construction windows may move as needed. Each set of balconies is scheduled to be closed for 4 weeks. However, as individual balconies are completed, they will be re-opened, rather than remaining closed for the entire 4 weeks. The project may impact balcony access in some homes. Construction times will take place from 9 am to 5 pm Monday through Friday, and project noise throughout the complex is expected during these times.

For an additional sleeping option, there’s a queen sofa bed in the living room

Fall is Fabulous

We Love the Location

This is one of our favorite places to stay when we go to the beach. We enjoy the the nearby shops and restaurants that are all in walking distance and the tram service to get to the beach. There's only a short drive to several different beach access locations as well. We'll be back again!

Subpar At Best

The garage parking was very limited for Elation. Most of the condo was clean. It did smell like food had been fried with old grease. The bedding (pillows and mattress pad) had large stains on them. These issues were communicated to Vacasa. They brought us a clean mattress pad, but did not take the dirty one. I requested new pillows and they said they would get back with me and never did. They did nothing about the smell, so we bought plug-ins to cover it while we were there. We later found quite a bit of mold on the inside of the shower curtain. The curtain had been folded over on itself and when I pulled it fully open there were large amounts of mold on the curtain in 3 places. I didn’t reach out to Vacasa about the shower curtain because it was our next to last day there and we were just ready to be done with it. Also, the bed had 2 huge craters and was uncomfortable. While Vacasa apologized for the condition of the condo each time I reached out to them, they did not execute successful remediation for the problems. Sandestin was amazing, just not our condo. I would not recommend.
