Wake up to a gorgeous scene of the bay, its harbor, and the Gulf from the expansive balcony, easily accessible from the living area and two of the bedrooms. The balcony features two inviting seating areas and a dining table for alfresco breakfasts, lunches, and dinners with a spectacular backdrop.



Inside, this air-conditioned penthouse offers an open floor plan that seamlessly combines all living spaces into one. We had a great stay at the property. The condo had a great lay out so everyone had their own space. The balcony overlooked the bay and the ocean and was HUGE. It was so nice to sit up there after a day at the beach and just watch the sunset. Easy walk to the ocean beach and restaurants.

The house surpassed our expectations in every aspect, and we had an amazing trip! The only recommendation I would make is that, while the other bedrooms have a door for privacy, the bedroom with the king-size bed does not. The information and customer service we received before arriving were really beneficial.

This is a great property in a great location. All the restaurants are within walking distance. The beach is super close too (just a walk across the main road). Plenty of space for our 9 guests. The balcony was great too and I loved how easy the check out procedures were. If you’re considering renting, just know that you need to bring everything (salt, pepper, sugar, paper towels, garbage bags, coffee filters, foil, etc). Also the check in instructions didn’t include where the actual room was so just ask for clarification before you check in! Housekeeping and other guests had to help us out. Other than that, we would absolutely rent here again!

We could all be together

Very comfortable accommodations. The only thing was that we couldn’t turn the ceiling fans to medium or low. So the fans were too windy to have on. But other than that everything was wonderful.

Nice Place -horrible customer service

The unit was amazing but it took us several hours in the middle of the night to get into the unit. Customer service was unaware of how to get in the unit the first time we called. The second call yielded a text with the instructions to enter but they did not work. A promise to have maintenance call never happened. I am shocked that a number complaints in the past about this issue; I assumed it was addressed and resolved. Be prepared to have to scale the fence and break into the complex. Do not expect the kitchen to have adequate supplies.

I would not stay there again due to the entry to place as well as condo. There were two gates-one to parking lot and one to building to access elevators. Needed fob for gates entry. For 4 adults plus 3 kids(2 of them teenagers) we were given 2 fobs even though I asked for 4 for the adults. Since we like to come & go to beach at different times it was very inconvenient. And the additional key pads on gates did not work and hard to even see due to glare of sun on them. Then to get into condo there was a 10 digit code to enter which usually took several times to work and then u had to push handle up to open . But then it wouldn't open as very heavy door. Had to push very hard to open. I will say the balcony was the “savings grace” as it was huge, comfortable and great views. But again it was such a hassle to go in /out of place.

Overall had a really good stay but there were a few things that I wish I had known prior. The master bedroom has no door, the queen beds are bunk beds, and the room with the single queen bed has a glass doors with see through shade right off the main living area. The master bath had no handles on the inside of the doors so you’d have to slam it close which would wake people up at night. The glass shower in the master bath had no bumper so it’d slam glass on glass which also made a very loud noise. We had to use a washcloth to create a bumper. Luckily we stayed here with a bunch of good friends because privacy was definitely lacking. In terms of amenities, all shower soaps were empty. Only 2 tiny trash bags for a place made for 10 people so we had to go buy more trash bags. Same with dishwasher detergent and paper towels. We spilled a drink and had no good way to clean it besides a bath towel. No coffee but a keurig if you bring your own. No beach towels, only white bath towels that we ended up having to use on the beach. There are beach chairs but you are basically sitting in the sand with them so highly recommend bringing your own chairs. The oven didn’t work- could be user error but it kept shutting off. The filtered fridge water barely works so we went and got water bottles. We did enjoy the balcony with great views, a dining table we could all sit at, having close proximity to the beach and lots of shops, and the place was very clean and well kept.

Location, location, location!

If Pensacola Beach location and views are your priority, you can't beat this condo. From the balcony, you have great views of Little Sabine Bay and the white sands of Pensacola Beach. Out the front door you can see what I've been told is "Mama's Beach," (or "Quietwater Beach") The area is not really walkable because of very heavy traffic on Pensacola Beach Blvd and the lack of sidewalks in the area. The property description is a bit misleading: There are, indeed, 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. However, one of the bedrooms seems to be part of a primary suite as an office. So that room, the primary bathroom and the primary bedroom are a unit. There is no door on the primary bedroom, which is a little weird. Neither of these bedrooms have access to a closet which I didn't love as we had couples in every bedroom. An absolute problem that needs to be fixed: the primary bathroom has handles only on the outside of the doors. What's up with that?? If you're using the primary bathroom, you cannot close the door from the inside. The condo is lovely and the beds are comfortable. The pool is just ok Other reviews I read before booking said that management was very responsive. I got responses to my concerns that basically said no one is working today, so not impressed. The only management person that showed up was pre-scheduled and not on my list to change AC filters. I hope they have fixed the outdoor lighting on the balcony and changed the water filter on the fridge.
