The Space:

This beautiful Gulf Front vacation rental includes floor-to-ceiling patio doors in both the living room and primary bedroom leading to your own private balcony so you can enjoy the white sandy beaches & the spectacular view of the Gulf of Mexico.



Other features of this vacation rental include a fully equipped kitchen that consists of a full size refrigerator, cooktop stove and oven, microwave, and dishwasher, along with all the dishes and utensils needed to prepare and serve meals. In the family oriented dining area, you will find a dining table to seat six. Each bedroom and the living room have TVs and DVD players.

Perfect for us

The complex wasnt a oversized condo complex which made the beach not as ovwr crowded as other locations down the beach from us. Its location to groceries and amenities for us was perfect. This was the best beach trip we have had in years with our small kids, we really enjoyed our stay

Great family vacation

Loved the location of being close to restaurants & shopping, loved the view from balcony, walk to the beach wasn’t far, very comfortable condo, had all the amenities we needed(only downside was the dryer, our strings on our swimsuits got stuck in the drum). Great family getaway.

Our group of 4 adults had a wonderful time. The condo was clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. We enjoyed coffee and cocktails on the patio with an amazing water view. I highly recommend staying here!

Great Trip!

Our family and some friends stayed here for a week and it was great! Great location, clean condo, and plenty of room! We had four kids aged 8 mos to 16 years and there was plenty of room for everyone to sleep comfortably. The beds were amazing and the condo was well updated!! Would highly recommend!

Great condo, great location!

The condo was very nice and clean when we arrived. It’s in a great location and the beach is right outside the parking deck. We loved having a spot in the covered parking area for the times it rained. We will definitely be back!

We had a great experience! The condo was very clean, beautifully decorated and very spacious! We were provided with everything we needed and more. Location is perfect and the view is stunning! Gulf Dunes 209

Amazing place. The apartment matches all the different blues you see in the ocean. Very comfy and had mostly everything you need (don't forget to bring your own salt and pepper if you are cooking!) The property is fantastic and views of the beach are breathtaking.

With the exception of the painting of the building, (as assumed off season) our stay was amazing! Our condo was impeccable and the view was something you see in magazines. We will definitely be back to Gulf Dunes 1209!

Family Time

Such a wonderful condo to have Family reunited for a week, as everything we could need was right at our fingertips. The space was clean, decorated beautifully, and extremely comfortable for 4 adults and 2 children. Communication with the property manager for all details was so pleasant. Check in and checking out was effortless.

Amazing experience!

We enjoyed our stay very much. Our condo did not have a coffee pot in it, so I called the property manager and they had a new one to us within 2 hours. The condo was very clean and organized and had an amazing view. We will definitely be back.
