The ground floor of this two-story traditional finca features a living/dining area with a smart TV, a fully equipped kitchen, and a small utility room with a washing machine. On this level, there are two bedrooms, each with two single beds, en-suite bathrooms, dressing areas, and air conditioning, as well as another double bedroom, accessible from the terrace, also with an en-suite bathroom. The upper floor offers another large living room with a spacious terrace, providing stunning panoramic views over Cala D'Or and out to sea. There is also a small bedroom with two single beds joined to form a double bed and another with two single beds joined together; both rooms share a compact shower room.
