Great Family Stay

We loved this condo for our little vacation. The washer and dryer were so convenient and the location and free parking spot were perfect! Our only little problem was the extra pillows in the closet were stained, so we didn't use them. Overall, very well stocked kitchen, safe and friendly environment, comfy beds, and plenty of towels and great tv channels for the kids. We would definitely stay here again!

Hi, Sarah, thank you for your review, we appreciate you taking the time to provide us with your valuable feedback. We are disappointed to hear that we dropped the ball this time, as this is not the high standard of guest satisfaction and cleanliness that we hold ourselves to. We have provided your valuable feedback to our local manager to address with our housekeeping team. We hope to have the opportunity to better impress you in the future!

Good place to stay, but not perfect

Well outfitted, clean and convenient location. The only real issues were an extremely soft mattress in the main bedroom - not very good for my back, and the occasional unexplainable noises coming from the floor above the unit. The property management is very "corporate" - no real opportunity to speak with someone in person unless it was an emergency.

My family of 4 arrived around 10pm on Sunday and we left right before sunrise on that Friday morning. Check-out was 10am. The reviews were accurate and the condo was better than I expected. I appreciated the fact that it was clean, well decorated and undated. The energy in the condo felt good as well! The only complaint I had was that I never go Avari Management to text me the answer to my question of, how do I obtain the parking pass since the email said I would need a pass or get towed. I asked and the person responding asked what kind of pass and then begin to list all types of passes. It was ridiculous. I said, "parking" and I never received a response. I finally arrive and called a number, and a lady told me that it should be on the counter somewhere and it was. I was worried about being towed my entire ride down and it was unnecessary stress. My husband said he really liked the place and enjoyed his vacation, and he wanted to come back in the Fall.

Thank you, Karl, for sharing your experience with us. We’re thrilled to hear that you and your family enjoyed the condo and found it clean, well-decorated, and full of good energy. It’s wonderful to know that your husband had a great time and is already thinking about a return visit in the fall. We genuinely apologize for the confusion regarding the parking pass. That shouldn’t have happened, and we understand how stressful it can be to worry about parking while traveling. We appreciate your patience and feedback, as it helps us improve our communication and ensure a smoother experience for future guests. We’re here to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible, and we hope to welcome you back soon for another memorable getaway.
