The Space:

*CONSTRUCTION NOTICE* Beginning April 2026, the tennis courts will be demolished and be remodeled into more parking. This project is estimated to take 8 weeks and during this time you will experience noise and notice workers and equipment onsite during working hours.



Mainsail 132 is cozy retreat perfectly situated on the third floor in building one with breathtaking Gulf views, featuring easy access to the pool and the beach. Start your day off with breakfast on the balcony overlooking the Gulf, then wander down to enjoy the beach service!

The living area offers vibrant pastels with a new leather sleeper sofa and matching loveseat, a dining table for six, and 3 bar stools at the breakfast bar for additional seating. The kitchen is nicely updated with quartz countertops, full-size appliances, light wood cabinetry, and all the housewares needed to prepare meals at your home away from home. The master bedroom faces the Gulf with private access to the patio, a king bed with cozy bedding, occasional chair, and access to an ensuite private bathroom with a nicely updated custom tiled shower, and a really nice granite single vanity with a seat. The guest bedroom offers two twin beds and another nicely updated bathroom right next to it with a shower/tub combo and another fine granite vanity. Enjoy the use of a private washer and dryer during your stay tucked away into the kitchen area. There are flat screen TVs and DVD players throughout! Don't forget to take advantage of DVD movies at our check-in office! This property is very close to shopping, boating, fishing, and all the beach adventures your heart desires.

A Great Hideaway

This stay was a wonderful experience, the room and its amenities were really nice and we loved the homey feel. We wake up to the sound and sight of the waves splashing into the beach which was less than a 2 min walk, the pool and the hot tub were very close. Overall it was a very clean place and we would love to come back again :)

Very clean, beds comfortable and every needed amenity furnished. Location extremely convenient. Would warrant five stars except for very high extra fees and condo could use a little "refreshing".

Beautiful

I love going to sleep and waking up to the waves! It was cooler when we went so I could leave the door open and it was SO RELAXING!!! We saw dolphins and manta rays jumping in the mornings. So calm and peaceful. Already planning our 3rd trip here!

Lots of room and great location in a gated community. Would've given 5 stars if the hot water heater was bigger. Not a lot of hot water. Otherwise it was awesome!

We stayed at mainsail for two weeks. The unit is has nice balcony view. It was clean. However, kitchen is not stocked enough and whatever is in there is dated and needs to be replaced. If you are planning to cook your own meals, one old small frying pan might not be enough. Also even though policy clearly said no parties and you have to be certain age to book it, we encounter several party groups staying at mainsail and make some fuss after hours. So be aware if you are planing to come with young children Overall I enjoyed staying there as the location is perfect and the beach service is provided

Nice Property but the Condo Smelled Bad

As soon as we walked in, the smell smacked us. It was very overwhelming. It smelled like urine and or mold. We immediately called to let them know. We were told someone would come check on it, but they never showed up. We think it was ultimately mold. We got used to it but it was worse in our bedroom so it made sleep difficult. The condo needs a major cleanup. Beyond the terrible smell, it was also not very clean, and several things were broken. We still had fun though. The property was decent and the people on the phone were nice, even though they never checked back on us and never sent anyone to see about the horrible smell LOL. Oh well. We wouldn’t stay here again.
