The Space:

Majestic Sun Unit A 307 has breathtaking views from a private third story balcony and is conveniently located nearest the parking garage walk-over! You will love the this cozy one bedroom two bath unit for a quick getaway or a small family vacation. The living area offers a tropical sofa sleeper, a recliner, a dining table for four, and three lovely wrought iron bar stools at the breakfast bar for additional seating. The kitchen has updated stainless steel appliances and gorgeous granite countertops as well as all the housewares needed to prepare meals at your home away from home. The master bedroom offers a king bed, cozy bedding, and a private bathroom with a single vanity and a shower tub combo. There are two built-in bunk beds in the hallway with nice twin bedding. The second bathroom is situated in the hallway between the bunks and the kitchen and offers a single vanity and a walk-in glass enclosed shower. Enjoy the use of a stackable washer and dryer in a separate laundry closet during your stay. There are flat screen TVs and DVD players throughout! Don't forget to take advantage of DVD movies at our check-in office! Majestic Sun is close to the Seascape golf course as well as close to shopping, boating, fishing, and all the nearby beach adventures! Closet in bedroom is being used for storage by owner. Needs to ne cleaned out so guests can use it. Extra pillows in closet were laying on two rusty metal rods. Could not be used Used pain cans were left in condo. There needs to be a broom in unit. Sliding doors to balcony were very very hard to open Kitchen was updated and well stocked. Easy access to beach.

Had a hard time getting into my room (finally got in 2hrs(6pm) after I was pose to check in@4) along with the maintenance had a whole attitude about helping me & me asking him questions he telling me he don’t know or just ignoring me..I had about 4/5 different codes I had to try before maintenance came & when he got done he still didn’t tell me anything I just had to try the last code that was sent to me & thankful that worked, finally get into the room after all that it was clean but not clean enough for another family to come in & get settled. Got settled with food out trying to feed my family on the counter top there was roaches coming out had to throw that away because didn’t realize it until we came back in the kitchen looking out on the balcony thru out the night they was coming because the lights was out or food was on the table/countertop/wall getting prepared,hair still in shower etc, overall I would’ve loved it for my kids because this was something I worked hard for but it shouldn’t have been any issue with the amount I paid, refund would definitely be refunded or partial compensation because that’s something that shouldn’t have happened! Do better for the next family because I wasn’t pleased at all and felt very disappointed
