location is great house had lots of beach toys ,bikes ,etc walking distance to pool and beach however we found out on day two there is a tram that will take you close to beach we will be back next year if not sooner

We love the Rosemary Beach area and Lucky Ducky turned out to be a great find. The location was perfect for easy walking to the beach, restaurants and shops. The 3rd floor balcony was perfect for watching the sunset each night. We are hoping to be able to return next year and stay again!

I did not know what to expect because never stayed in this area . House is easy walk to nearby restaurants, Starbucks and beach . Tram service was fast and took you to the beach.Rooms are large and the roof top patio was a hit , Kitchen super equipped with all you need.
