In addition to being professionally decorated, this new, fully equipped property in Carillon is the ultimate beach retreat for all families in the exclusive, gated community. The community offers an outdoor breakfast spot, two restaurants, a spa, a retail store, and bike rental shop.



You might just forget you're just steps from the ocean when you unwind in this amazing home. Relax on the porch swing or head to the back porch to grill and dine al fresco. Kick back in the open-concept living area after a full day or adventure. Prepare meals together in the stunningly well-appointed kitchen sparkling with stainless steel appliances. Dine at the table for eight, or eat a quick bite at the breakfast bar. Head to the beach, where two complementary lounge chairs await. The home is conveniently located across from the Bellview pool, tennis courts, playground, and basketball courts.

Wonderful stay at A Stone’s Throw

We had an amazing week at this property. The house was immaculate when we arrived and it is a gorgeous property. Located across the street from the largest pool, the basketball courts and pickleball courts was a huge plus for us having a teenager and younger children.

This house was perfect for our trip! We’ve stayed in the Carillon neighborhood before, but this property was the best so far! Check in was super easy/codes provided on time and worked, house was very clean, kitchen stocked with any appliance you could need, front porch was so relaxing, and close walk to the beach/ also, the property is right across from the pool/basketball court area. We will definitely be back!

Great house close to beach and pool

This is right across from pool/playground/tennis/pickle ball/bball. Bery quiet neighborhood. Easy walk to quiet beach. Great front porch swings. Master/ bunk room upstairs. 2nd master main level- would be perfect for family+ grandparents

Great location

The location was amazing for kids as it is right across from the park, pool and tennis/pickleball courts. The house was ok.. outdoor furniture inside living room. No blankets on any of the beds, blinds were jankoty and very few kitchen cooking amenities. The most concerning thing was there was a strong smell of gas when we checked in (you could smell from the street outside). It was over 24 hours later when someone from the management company got back to us about it. So we rolled the dice and went to sleep with young children hoping for the best. Vacasa can do better.
