Carillon is a private gated community with 24 hour security just 6 minutes from 30A and Rosemary Beach.

Summer Magic is a dreamy classic beach cottage centrally located to everything and on a very quiet street. Summer Magic is just a short walk to the beach, park, tennis courts, pool, chapel and downtown Carillon. You will find yourself relaxing on the screen porch and listening to the beautiful songs played by the Carillon Bells. Everything will be provided for you from a fully stocked kitchen, beach towels, games and toys for kids. We have taken every effort to provide a clean house for your visit including all bedding cleaned after every visit. Summer Magic will provide your family wanting for nothing and allowing you to focus on one another to make memories.

Summer Magic's master suite has a king bed and private bath. The guest room with queen bed also has it's own bath. A bunk room with 4 bunks is the ideal retreat for kids with plenty of storage and individual reading lights. The bunk room bath is located just outside the room. Enjoy cooking in a brand new fully stocked kitchen! Meals can be enjoyed at the breakfast bar, dining table, or the on the screened in porch. The living room provides plenty of seating for your whole family while playing one of the many games or watching one the family dvds provided. Upon returning from a wonderful day at Carillon's quiet beach you can enjoy the convenience of the private outdoor shower located on shed.

Summer Magic is a short walk to the beach - 1 block! At Walkover #2 you will find 2 private "Summer Magic" beach chairs reserved just for you.

Carillon is an ideal location if you are looking for convenience! Carillon allows you to enjoy the peacefulness of a quiet beach while being only a 6 minute drive from 30A and Rosemary Beach. A short 3 minute drive for groceries at either Publix or Winn Dixie. If you forgot anything, head to Pier Park - every store you find at home will be here and is less than 15 minutes away. For those rainy days head to Pier Park's Grand 16 Theater. To make your travel even easier, Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport (ECP) is only 20 minutes away.

Carillon will provide your family with added fun in addition to the beach. Enjoy one of the three pools, tennis courts, basketball court, fishing at the pier, playground and playhouse for kids, downtown Carillon (restaurants, shops, and spa), and the Meeting House. During the summer season you will enjoy weekly free concerts, activities for kids including a Wednesday morning "camp", as well as holiday celebrations such as the Fourth of July Parade.

Perfect house and amazing porch

We had an amazing stay at Summer Magic. The house was spotless clean, the kitchen is perfectly stocked with all the gear to cook great meals (just bring your own spices), and the porch is the ultimate space for enjoying meals and hanging out after a day at the beach.

Amazing Beach Getaway!

Summer Magic is wonderful! We have visited Florida many times, but this was our favorite place we've stayed. Easy walk to quiet beach. The home is beautiful, very clean and well stocked with kitchen equipment, games and everything needed for a relaxing vacation. Courtney was so wonderful and provided us with excellent communication and contacts. We hope to stay at Summer Magic again!

We loved our stay here. Courtney was very responsive and helpful. The house is set up great for kids with the bunk room and some games/toys in the living room. Everything was very clean and nice. They provided ample paper towels, garbage bags, soap, etc. The check out process was also really great as there is really minimal cleaning they ask for at check out. She was also kind enough to let us know the house was ready early, which is so helpful with young kids. We would definitely stay here again as the house is conveniently located near beach, pool, and downtown Carillon. The beach was great and not crowded!

A magical stay at summer magic!

This property deserves more than 5 stars! This house is impeccable. The whole house was clean, had a stocked kitchen of utensils, cutting boards, and containers, and the beds were comfortable and bath towels soft. They even provided pool towels that were thick. The house is a quick 1 min walk to a beach walkover and a couple minute walk to all the pools. I hope this review doesn’t jinx us in not being able to book the house again because it becomes so popular! We will definitely stay here again!

Summer Magic is a beautifully decorated and super functional beach home with a fantastic layout ! We loved the location as well since it is a short walk to the bell tower, basketball court/pool as well as to the beach. The living area has more than enough room for a large family to watch a movie and the kitchen comfortably seats a large family as well. The kitchen is fully stocked. Everything you would need including a blender, muffin pan, 2 types of coffee makers, croc pot, 4 slot toaster… it has it all! The beds are very comfortable with beautiful linens. We loved the thoughtfulness of monogrammed beach towels and so many board games. Summer Magic is impeccably clean! We can’t wait to book for next year!!

Perfect stay

We have stayed in carillon several times and really love this community for a beach trip with our young children. The property is beautiful, as described, pictures are up to date, very clean. The price is on par for the condition and attention to detail of the home. The paper products, cleaning supplies, and beach towels were more than adequate for our week stay. I personally loved the house was not filled with random condiments, oils, butters, etc, that you sometimes find in vacation rentals. Some people may miss this, but it’s hard to know what’s cleaned and how pervious users have kept those things germ free. We really appreciated the check out process, it didn’t feel as though we were being asked to clean the entire house while also paying a cleaning fee. The beach chairs closer to the water were a nice touch. We enjoyed them much more than the bulky lounges farther from the water. We would love to come back to this property. 10/10

We are the Hancock Family, Courtney and Jerry, along with our twin daughters. We are from Nashville, TN. Our lives feel busy with work, school, and all the activities in between. We wanted a place where we could completely unplug from our daily lives and focus on each other to make lasting memories. Summer Magic gives us that consistent place where we can look back on the fun times we for shells on the beach, hooking our floats together in the ocean, playing silly games at the pool, playing board games on the porch, after dinner bike rides, our nightly chocolate chip cookies baking in the oven, reading chapter books to our girls on the porch, and staying up way too late because we are having so much fun together!

Why they chose this property

We first came to Carillon over a decade ago when our friends were married in the Meeting House. That first introduction made us fall in love with Carillon! With two young daughters we wanted a quiet beach with activities we could enjoy in addition to the beach such as swimming pools, a playground, and bike riding. Carillon takes you away to what feels like a little piece of "Mayberry" where the houses have white picket fences, every property is well maintained, and the neighbors always say hello when sitting on their porches.

What makes this property unique

We fell in love with our house after renting it several years ago. When it came on the market, we knew this house was meant to be! We quickly made an offer and our dream beach house became a reality. What made us fall in love our house is it looks quaint and cozy but lives large, the screened in porch, the proximity to everything we love in Carillon, and our favorite part is being close enough to hear the bells which Carillon is named after.
