Less than half-a-mile to Dune Allen Beach and about a mile to the Stallworth Nature Preserve, you'll be nestled in a quiet neighborhood while having easy access to local attractions and the pristine Florida beaches. Use the two provided bicycles to get around town, or hop in the car and drive down 30A to explore nearby attractions.



Upgraded hardwood floors, contemporary accents, and a family-friendly style give this spacious three-level home the perfect atmosphere for relaxation. Put a load of laundry in the private washer/dryer then lounge on the couch and catch up with a good book. Check out what's on cable or pop in your favorite DVD to enjoy a movie night on the flatscreen TV.



Leave the cool central A/C when you step just outside for the gentle ocean breezes on the deck and listen to some tunes streaming from the iPod dock. Connect to the WiFi to check the forecast before your next adventure. Use the gas BBQ to grill up some fresh shrimp as an appetizer before starting on the main dish.

The fourth room, upstairs on the third level, has a twin-over-double bunk bed with a pull-out twin trundle. This upper level also has a kitchenette perfect for making quick snacks, as well as a sitting area with a TV and fantastic gulf views.



Wake up early and be on time for the boat ride when you book your trip on a deep-sea fishing tour. Cast out with the expert guides and bring home a fresh fish for dinner for everyone to enjoy. Take some time to walk the trails and explore the beauty of the Topsail Hill Preserve and paddle through Campbell Lake with a kayak or stand-up paddleboard.

Awesome Family Vacation

Everything was excellent, from booking, arriving, staying there and checking out. The house was very clean and very spacious. We were a group of 9 adults and 2 kids under 5 and we absolutely loved everything about the house. It has great beach access, the pool was great! It’s close to many restaurants although the drive to Destin was far but we knew that when we booked but over all this is an excellent vacation home!

Family Vacation

We had a great time staying at the Mojito House. The location was awesome! It was only a short walk to the beach and close to grocery stores and many restaurants. The kids loved having a pool to play around in after hitting the beach. Also, the house was very clean and provided all of the amenities we needed for a perfect week at the beach! I would highly recommend this house if your looking for a place in a more quiet, family friendly area.

LOVED this house!

We just got back from staying a week at the Mojito House and we had a fabulous time! It was very clean and had plenty of room for our group of 10. The upstairs bunk bed room is a great place for the kids. This house is close to the beach, and the pool is awesome too. A great way to end your day after being at the beach. I would recommend this house to anyone. We really enjoyed it!

Beautiful and very comfortable house. Perfect location!!!!

Our whole family of 10 spent a week at Mojito House and didn't want to leave! The Mojito House is beautiful, spacious, and spotlessly clean. It is well equipped with everything we needed and more. The beach and the biking trail are an easy walking distance away. Great location! Got to enjoy many wonderful places along 30A. The house has a private heated pool perfect for this time of year. The house has bikes available for the guests. We highly recommend Mojito House and can't wait to come back.

Fantastic vacation home. We had a great time at Mojito house. The home has everything you need for the perfect vacation. It was very welcoming and clean upon arrival. The beach is just a short walk away. Walking distance to the delicious Stinkys Fish Camp. Refreshing pool in the back yard. Th house is beautiful with all the amenities you could need. We especially enjoyed the beach chairs and umbrella already set up for us everyday right on the beach!

Delightful Key West style Beach House

Very well supplied with amenities for cooking, bathing, sleeping. Lovely private pool perfect for kids playing& adults relaxing. Well decorated and spacious with all the comforts for a great vacation. Like having convenient beach access with chairs & umbrellas already set up for our enjoyment. The Mojito House is a wonderful getaway! It was very clean and had everything necessary for an enjoyable vacation. The pool is amazing and we loved the supplied bikes. Quick walk to the beach. Mojito House was Great!

What a wonderful place to enjoy a vacation at the beach. The beautiful house is situated to give you a feeling of privacy and the private pool is a big bonus. Short walk to the beach and a great porch for sitting and relaxing and the gas grill was a welcome sight. House itself is very nice with TV's everywhere to keep the kids entertained in the evenings and all the things you need to make a fun stay is provided. Comfortable beds and clean linens were great too. Nice quiet area of Florida but Destin and Panama City are very close if you want more options to shop or dine. We will be back!
