This was a fantastic condo in the perfect location. We've stayed in this complex several times....first time in this specific unit. The three spacious bedrooms with large closets provided more than enough space for our family. The kitchen had everything we needed and then some. It was exceptionally clean when we arrived!Gulf Island Condos provide easy access to the beach (directly across the street) or you can walk to the sound side that's right behind the complex. You get the best of both worlds! We will absolutely book this unit with Vacasa again!!

It was decorated nicely. Pack lightly bc you be lugging it up two flights of stairs. The space was well laid out and quiet.

My entire vacation was ruined by dealing with Vacasa (property management) every day to try and get them to remedy. No blankets. No chair service as represented. Local office always closed (it was 2 blocks away from the property). On the phone or texting all day with Vacasa trying to get our chair service, never got it. Vacasa stated they would refund me for chairs and umbrella that I was out at my own expense. Submitted receipts, Vacasa refused to reimburse. One TV completely stopped working.

Horrible smell and fleas

The couch smelled horrible and had fleas. It was so bad that we couldn't sit on the couch. The property mgmt treated fir fleas which caused us to have to be out of the house for 3 hours but they didn't clean the couch; said they couldn't have anyone come out until the following week.
