Welcome to our colorful and thoughtfully hosted Gulf-front escape on beautiful Navarre Beach — a relaxed beachfront retreat designed for guests who want more than just another vacation rental.

This cheerful 2-bedroom, 2-bath corner condominium sits directly on the Gulf with sweeping south-west views, spectacular sunsets, and a full-width private balcony overlooking Navarre’s emerald water and sugar-white sand.

We’ve tried to create the kind of beach stay we personally love: comfortable, welcoming, relaxing, and genuinely cared for. Unlike many large corporate-managed rentals, our condo is personally hosted and intentionally stocked with thoughtful touches including fresh flowers, snacks, coffee, beach gear, fishing poles, chairs, umbrella, cooler, and little comforts to help guests settle into vacation mode the moment they arrive.

Inside you’ll find warm coastal personality, tumbled marble floors, high-speed internet, three televisions, a Jacuzzi tub, updated kitchen, and a bright open living space designed for relaxing after a day on the beach.

Located on quieter, less crowded Navarre Beach, this is the perfect place to slow down, reconnect, enjoy spectacular sunsets, and experience one of Florida’s most beautiful stretches of Gulf coastline.

Great location, the condo was super cute and clean and the beach was beautiful! Owner stayed in touch to see if we needed anything and even left a bottle of wine, cheese and apple pie as a welcome for us in fridge. Also, beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards and rafts provided. After exploring much of the Emerald Coast, we chose Navarre for its quieter pace, beautiful Gulf shoreline, and relaxed old-Florida atmosphere. What began as our personal beach escape gradually became something we truly enjoy sharing with others.

Our goal has always been simple: to provide more than just a vacation rental. We try to create a warm, thoughtfully hosted beachfront experience with personal attention, welcoming touches, and the kind of care we appreciate when we travel ourselves.

Over the years we’ve been grateful to welcome many returning guests who tell us the condo feels less like a rental and more like a relaxing beach home cared for by people who genuinely enjoy hosting.

Why they chose this property

After exploring much of Florida’s Emerald Coast, we chose Navarre Beach because it offered something increasingly rare — a quieter, more relaxed stretch of Gulf shoreline that still feels authentic and unhurried.

Bordered by protected Gulf Islands National Seashore and Department of Defense lands, Navarre Beach has avoided much of the heavy development found in other beach destinations. The result is a laid-back atmosphere with uncrowded beaches, stunning emerald water, spectacular sunsets, and a pace that encourages people to slow down and truly relax.

We were especially drawn to the natural beauty of Santa Rosa Island and the feeling that Navarre remained a place where families, couples, and beach lovers could still enjoy a peaceful Gulf-front experience without the crowds and commercial feel of larger resort areas.

More than twenty years later, that’s still what we love most about it.

What makes this property unique

What makes our condo unique is not just the direct Gulf-front location — it’s the combination of thoughtful hospitality, relaxed personality, and the quieter atmosphere that makes Navarre Beach feel different from many Florida beach destinations.

This is not a large corporate-managed rental designed to feel generic or interchangeable. We personally host and care for the condo ourselves, and we try to create the kind of beach stay we would want for our own family and friends.

Guests often comment on the colorful, cheerful feel of the condo, the wide unobstructed Gulf views, and the little welcoming touches that help them settle into vacation mode the moment they arrive — fresh flowers, snacks, coffee, beach gear, fishing poles, chairs, umbrellas, coolers, and small comforts throughout the stay.

As a corner Gulf-front unit with southwest exposure, the balcony offers especially beautiful afternoon light and spectacular sunsets overlooking the emerald water and white sand beaches of Navarre.

Most importantly, we hope the condo feels cared for — comfortable, welcoming, relaxing, and personal rather than simply another vacation rental.
