The property wasn’t cleaned completely when we got there. The house is a bit outdated and all of the carpet, rugs, and mats needs to be replaced from the kitchen to the stairs the bathrooms and the bedrooms. The couch and pillows were very worn and the outside furniture both downstairs and upstairs needs to be replaced. After the house we fully clean (I did reach out and management did sent someone to clean, sweep and mop. It was manageable and we just made the best of it. As for the amenities there is 40 parking pass that you will need to purchase and you will need to purchase the wristband if you want to use the pool which is 1 each, plus a 1 processing fee. The pool was within walking distance, and the beach wasn’t far. My husband was able to walk back easily to retrieve something we forgot. Overall it was horrible and the location is great just need some renovations. The host did answer all my messages but the listing should include all the additional fees so people are aware.
