Awesome Stay!

We were in for 3 days and this was perfect. Clean, spacious, and right on the beach. It had everything we could ask for. Watched the Dolphins right from the balcony, took walks on the beach, caught some great rays. Enjoyed some of the great local food! We will be back!!!

July 4th getaway

Overall, we enjoyed this condo. There was sand on the floor and couches when we arrived and the blender did not work. Parking is terrible, not nearly enough for 60 units. The great things about this condo was how close the beach is, the location on the second floor and it was nice being away from the heavy traffic on pier park side. The bed was comfortable as well. We had a nice relaxing few days, which was what we were after!

On The Beach

This cute apartment was spotless when we arrived. The kitchen was stocked with essentials needed to cook your own meals. The view of the ocean was the highlight of the apartment. The only con for us and not the owner's fault, was the neighbor was an avid smoker and we could not be on the balcony as much as we would have liked. Otherwise great place to spend some down time.

Beach Getaway

My daughter and I enjoyed our visit to PCB. The location of the condo is absolutely perfect. This is our second time at GulfGate. We stayed in 208 and had plenty of room , there were just 2 of us. Renting chairs from Anthony is so easy and convenient. Possible suggestions; shorter key code on the lock, update tv’s (never did get the living room tv working) and a bath mat . Bathroom ceramic tile gets slippery when getting out of shower. There were toys for the beach, it would have been nice to have a couple of the low beach chairs also. Overall trip was a success and our stay was nice.

Great condo. Great view. Unit was nice and clean. Well stocked. Only issues with the unit were the bathroom rug was dirty. The light above the stove was out. We had a problem with the first door code, had had to use the key. Second door code had no problems. Just little things. Overall a great experience, and would recommed others to stay. The pool was dirty, cold and there was a light on the bottom that had fallen out. (Not the property owner's fault). The outside grills really need to be replaced. Great place to stay!

Disappointed

If you pay for an overnight stay and your driving in from out of town there is no reason why the people shouldn’t be able to drop their stuff into the condo and get their parking pass! The office told us VasCasa is the only company that does that! Also 4 pm check in is absolutely ridiculous! We barely had time to enjoy ourselves! Only to have to turn around and checkout at 10 am. There is no one renting this condo and we understand why! We will definitely avoid this company in the future! We couldn’t even enjoy a cup of coffee together in the morning due to having to rush out! Awful experience

There was leftover food in the fridge, and the lamps were not dusted by the bed. The bathroom had an empty roll of toilet paper on the floor behind the toilet. The toilet was very very low, had trouble with that. Wish checkout and check-in was later, and earlier. The bed slept great, the view was very good. We would stay there again, However, it was our anniversary, and it rained the entire time. oh well. so we went out to eat and stayed watching football, could have done that at home.

Awesome location.

I love staying at Gulfgate. But this trip was not a good example. The room was not clean and Vacasa would not respond. The shower and bathroom were never cleaned. Hair all in the shower. When I finally talked to someone he said it would just have to wait til the next day and I would have to deal. So I spent hours cleaning the condo. (There is a pandemic people!). Then exhausted from travel and cleaning went to go to the perfectly made up bed... it had no sheets. Just a blanket it make it look made up. The next day someone left two bundles of sheets in our room. I had to make up the bed. Finally was told they would refund the cleaning fee. Which was the least they could do. I feel I should have gotten one day comped that I missed while cleaning.

Great place on the beach

This condo is a great place for a couple to stay on the beach. The property was very clean, well appointed, and located on the beach for direct access to the water. I would absolutely stay here again for another trip to PCB. I do recommend that you rent a car if you are staying here, as parking is available and it makes it easier to visit the attractions around the beach.
