This sixth-floor condo offers two spacious bedrooms that are perfect for family and friends - each one equipped with a TV with cable and a ceiling fan. Unwind in the living room after spending the day at the beach - it's equipped with a large sectional sofa, an armchair, a ceiling fan, and a large TV with cable, creating the ideal setting for movie nights. The chef of the group will have a great time cooking delicious meals and preparing snacks for the group in the well-equipped kitchen. Stainless steel appliances and plenty of counter space will make meal prep a breeze. The private balcony is great for sipping a morning cup of coffee or relaxing after a day at the beach.



The beach is a short walk away - don't forget to walk down to Pompano Joe's for some coconut shrimp once you arrive! Enjoy shopping for designer goods at Silver Sands Premium Outlets, less than a mile from this condo. Henderson Beach State Park features clear waters with plenty of wildlife to observe (and fish to catch) just over six miles from the condo. Gator Beach, just under six miles from the condo, hosts free shows and family-friendly exhibitions featuring one of Florida's most famous animals - including a rare albino alligator!

The condo's location was excellent, with a beautiful, uncrowded beach and a lovely surprise - beach service included in the price. However, there were some issues with the bathrooms. One faucet was broken, and we had no cold water in the sink, making it difficult to wash our hands and brush our teeth with very hot water. Although the office responded promptly, the problem wasn't fixed during our four-day stay. Additionally, two cabinet doors were missing in the second master bathroom.

I generally do not give bad reviews. However, I was extremely disappointed in this property. It was sub par compared to every other property in this complex. The security guard was atrocious! And the overall set up in the condo was not good. Missing two doors on the bathroom cabinets. The guest bedroom bed was broken however it was fixed quickly. The master TV never worked the entire stay. Very limited pots and pans in the kitchen for cooking. The washing machine had an odor that was just bad! We will not stay here again. May not stay at this complex again due to the management and the security team. We have stayed at this property complex multiple times and have been severely disappointed this time with this particular stay. We had 15 condos rented this week, and ours by far was the worst!
