1. Listing said all fees included, after booking we were required to pay an extra fee for parking pass and wristbands to use amenities. 2. The original Door code given did not work, spent 15 mins on phone with host to get reset. 3. The bed in the main bedroom was broken, tv in room wouldn’t connect to watch tv, dishwasher was broken. 4. There was a Water main break that caused loss of water and a/c for 36 hours. Communication from host during this time was not very good often with 6 hours before a response. 5. Beware of the elevator situation at this resort. 15-30 mins of waiting each time to use an elevator. 6. Host was not helpful at all until after vrbo was contacted. The host did offer a “small” refund.
