Enjoy the beach life at this coastal escape located in the Luau Condos at Sandestin® Golf and Beach Resort in beautiful Miramar Beach! Your inviting condo is an end unit with gorgeous views from the main bedroom, dining room, and living room. Prepare delicious meals and snacks in the well-equipped kitchen, relax on the spacious wraparound balcony boasting more displays of the water, or head downstairs to enjoy a variety of resort amenities! Swim in the large saltwater pool, soak in the hot tub, or fire up one of the community grills and have a cookout as the sun goes down. You can even dine at the on-site restaurant or grab a drink at the poolside Tiki bar to really indulge on this vacation!



This condo is part of the Sandestin® Golf and Beach Resort, which has fantastic amenities such as a pool, a hot tub, beach access, and four designer golf courses! Take a walk down to the nearby beach with its sugar-white sands and warm waters, or make a reservation to hike the 200 acres of the unique Coffeen Nature Preserve, a little over a mile east. Be sure to visit the Village of Baytowne Wharf, only two miles north, offering fine dining, shopping, and regular special events and festivals right on the shores of Choctawhatchee Bay. Plus, Silver Sands Premium Outlets is a short drive away if you need to update your wardrobe while away!



THINGS TO KNOW

BUILDING CONSTRUCTION NOTICE: Roofing Project is slated to begin in the coming days. Those of you in town may have noticed some of the staging and prep beginning on-site this afternoon.

This re-roof will begin on Tower 2 and then move over to Tower 1. We expect 8-9 weeks, with two weeks off for Thanksgiving and Christmas, so that this project will extend into early 2026.



A tram pass is included in your reservation. The tram runs daily from 10 am to 10 pm and stops at several locations around the resort. There is an app you can download to track the tram as well.

Your property does not allow motorcycles, rental golf carts, boats, trailers, or oversized vehicles/buses.

It was a great stay! Even though there was construction, the views of the ocean were beautiful. It was very clean and cozy. All the locals who lived there were super nice! We will definitely stay here again for our next visit. The hosts were also exceptional and tried to make up for the construction being done. They were also easy to get ahold of, as we had a couple of questions before our stay.

The views were great, the facility was nice. We enjoyed the pool and beach. Free shuttle around the massive resort was good to have too. First time to Destin and glad we picked this condo. It's a nice one.

Enjoyed our stay at the Luau at San Destin. Beautiful views (when it wasn't foggy), great pool and hot tub and a short walk to the beach. The room was as expected, very clean. The fridge had a minor issue that did not impact our stay and the maintenance team called me about it shortly after I alerted them. Overall a great place to stay.

Great view and location

We had a wonderful stay in this perfect sized condo for 3. The beach was definitely in walking distance, but it was very easy to drive with all of our gear that we needed hauled to the beach. The beach access had a ramp which made it easy to use our wagon. There was a great view of the ocean straight south off the balcony and also a great view east from the windows. We hope to stay again!

Birthday.

The unit was nice and well supplied, but, if you're taller then 5’4 you will not get up into the bed. It is so high and very close to the floor to ceiling window. The building is in need of an update. The halls are gloomy and in need of a brighter update. The administration of the timeshare are nonexistent. If you call with a question you won't hear back. The cleaning fee is crazy. Unless you have 10 spring breakers staying there's no way it would cost $50.
