A perfect large sized Studio sleeps 4 that comes with Kitchenette, Full size fridge. Newly painted and updated Nov 2018. This unit is on 3rd floor of Luau Tower and less than 3 minutes walk to the beach. The tower is situated within the Sandestin resort and a 2 min drive or 10 minute walk from the security gated entrance. The resort is equipped with pools, 3 championship Golf courses, Tennis courts, shopping, restaurants and many other amenities. The resort is 15 minutes drive from Destin, FL and 30 minutes drive from VPS airport. Ask for owner's special for more than 1 week stay.

Welcome to MIRAMAR BEACH! This unit is not directly on the beach. It is just behind Elephant Walk, the beach access area, and adjacent to the parking lot to the beach access area. So you are as close to the beach as the folks who drive over, but you can walk right out of your condo to go to the beach. It is literally a three minute stroll to the beach. Luau has the best pool in the resort, and it is a salt water pool. There is a small tiki hut that is open seasonally.

Besides reasonable rates, it is a condo that a family can come, and is stuffed full of everything you need for a wonderful family vacation, including beach stuff and kitchen stuff. Remember, we love this unit and we plan to come and stay in it when we can, and would like to give the owner's experience for you. No hidden fees. We are always open to suggestion on what we can do to make the condo better for you. My guests provide raving reviews for the comfortable mattresses that offers same or better than the comfort of your house.

This studio condo is the only studio with a full size refrigerator, full size farmhouse sink, full size dishwasher! Other basic appliances like microwave, electric hot plate, toaster, and coffee machine. You have more than enough available to make basic breakfast and lunch in the condo. The bathroom has a tub/shower with spray wand. The Euro-style tankless, in-line water heater, which means hot water is instant, and never runs out. A big 50 inch TV nicely placed to viewed from both beds. The TV is hooked up to a dedicated Netflix account with thousands of free movies and tv shows and free Wifi provided by the property.

You will find basic kitchen sundries, such as salt and spices, sugar and coffee, condiments and more. Dish washer pods under sink. We have basic bathroom items under the sink, and a closet to store your clothes. The beach chairs and umbrella are in the storage at Parking level. Upon request, I also provide a Crib for my guests with infants, also stored in the storage downstairs.

We provide soft towels, ample hand towels and wash towels for entire family.

The height of this third floor condo is such that it is right over the palm trees, high enough to give you a heavenly breeze when it cools down and nice view from the balcony. The window in this unit is west facing, with a view of the Tivoli condos and swimming pool just beyond.

The resort is equipped with 3 championship golf courses. My personal favorite is Raven Golf club and Links Golf club is on the North side of property. Summer is wonderful, but I hope you have a chance to go in the off season. There is nothing better than throwing the balcony doors open and waking up with the rising sun and lapping waves, and having a cup of coffee with the golden sunrise and the distant peal of seagulls.
