About this property

Beachfront condo with balcony view & pool - snowbird-friendly

Summary:

Palazzo 0804

The Space:

This island-inspired condo is just the place for a vacation to the sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. You will have no trouble slipping right into vacation mode when you step out to the furnished balcony and soak in the panoramic view of the coastline and crystal clear waters. The spacious living area is ideal for larger groups and the full kitchen boasts ample counter space making mealtimes a breeze! Grab a cold drink and head down to the pool to work on that tan, or make your way a bit farther to the sand and walk along the crashing waves. As the sun sets, soak in the hot tub to watch the famous pinks and oranges over the Gulf and head back inside for a movie night as everyone dozes off to the sound of the tide.

Panama City offers a little bit of everything, so each guest will surely find their own way to spend their vacation. Take a trip down to Pier Park for an exciting day of shopping and dining or head out to Russell-Fields Pier to try your luck at fishing with the locals. Aaron Bessant Amphitheater hosts musical performers and festivals year-round, so be sure to check out who is playing before you arrive! For a quiet day paddling in kayaks, Camp Helen State Park is a short drive down the coast where you can get away from the hustle and bustle. Plus, for the little ones of the group, there are Gulf World and Swampy Jack's Wongo Adventure for a day of amusement!

Beautiful view overlooking the ocean with gorgeous sunsets. Condo well equipped- remember to bring your own streaming services for television. Lovely building and pool area in a quieter location on the beach.

Beautiful and clean

Well kept and beautiful condo on the beach. Smaller condo, less busy than those closer to downtown, but still somewhat noisy from the road. Management addressed issues right away, but entered when we weren't there.

Upon arrival checkin process was easy and fast. The room was very clean, no weird smells and bathrooms were very clean. Kitchen was supplied with all you need to bring food with you to prepare in kitchen. The whole building including the elevators were well maintained and clean. Bed was VERY comfortable. The condo had a full view wall to wall of the ocean ! Would definitely stay here again and they have set the bar high for our next stay if this unit isn’t available!!

We were very pleased with this unit and property. Very clean condo. Pictures are accurate. Unit is across the hall from the elevator which is convenient but we never heard the elevator, also we never had to wait for an elevator. Beach service being included is a great perk. The beach was never packed and the chairs are not on top of one another, unlike other places we've stayed in the area. Wonderful location. We will stay here again.
