TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE I arrived just to be unable to check-in, even though it was after my check-in time. I had to call the host three different times to get my information emailed to me, just to be connected to the most rude foreign people I've ever gotten to speak with. Even after three separate phone calls I still never got all the check in information that I requested to be sent to my email. All I asked for after that terrible service is a later check out time, which seems reasonable since I had to check in late! They did not offer late check out for me, terrible service, terrible stay, would never use again.
