The property was nice and it was clean, the problem is the management company, Avari Management ("the Avari Team"). Worst ever. Never responded to messages on the app, called them about 10 times, only once did I get a live person (sounded Indian and far away) - said he put in a maintenance order for the next day, no one ever showed. None of the tv's were operable, ice machine in fridge didn't work, no "welcome guide" in the home for operations, as advertised. Also, surprised to see the home was for sale - guessing they wanted to squeeze a few bucks while waiting on a contract. VRBO should be screening better. This is my first negative experience and I've rented through VRBO about 10 times.
