The Space:

This beautiful home has a wonderful view of Waterscape's tropical garden and oasis and a partial view of the Gulf of Mexico. The primary bedroom and living room open up to a spacious balcony with outdoor seating. The condo's kitchen is well appointed with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and beautifully tiled floors. All dishes, cooking utensils, and bake ware are provided to complete and serve meals. The transitional style dining room offers seats for six. This lovely home offers a twin bunk area, full bath with a stand-up shower, and a washer/dryer off of the kitchen. The open living room is decorated with warm inviting colors and houses a queen sofa bed, TV, and DVD player. The primary bedroom features a king bed, private bath with stand up shower and garden tub, TV, DVD player, and walk-in closet.

All guests regardless of age are to be considered for Occupancy count in Fort Walton Beach, FL



All registered guests staying at Waterscape will be required to wear the

RFID wristbands provided. These wristbands are mandatory

for access to all Waterscape amenities.

Please note:

● Wristbands must be worn at all times when using the amenities.

● Guests without wristbands will not be permitted access.

● Wristbands are provided only for the number of registered guests

and cannot exceed the unit’s maximum occupancy, all occupants

count toward max occupancy regardless of age

● Guests must provide the exact number of occupants in order to

receive the correct amount of wristbands for their stay

● A $50 non-refundable fee per wristband will be charged if any are

lost or not returned at checkout.

● Children 5 and under are not required to wear the wristbands

● Wristbands are not required for beach access

Aside from some very minor issues that did NOT affect our stay, the stay was pretty amazing. The location of the unit is amazing. It's close to the elevators for easy pool and beach access. The unit was clean and the initial stock of supplies was almost enough for our stay (2 adults and 2 children). The kids enjoyed the tvs in the bunks too.100% would stay again.I will mention the minor issues that didn't affect the rating or stay, but is worth noting. The LED panel in the living room fan was blown, so we had no overhead light in the living room, however the two floor lamps and the giant glass windows gave us ample light.The back left eye of the stove top did not work. Again, no issue for us, the other 3 were plenty.

I've given the property management team over a month to help resolve issues and give them a second chance. I have yet to get a clear response. I booked this property specifically because I walked past it once when walking the beach and thought it looked so cool, especially for my children. The condo looked nice enough and communication before the stay was great. The condo itself was okay, definitely needs an updated master bed and some deep cleaning but nothing that I would have made a big deal about. On the second night of our stay we got back to the condo around 10pm and the freezer was making an awful noise. We called the emergency line, told to call another number, called that number, left a voicemail. No response. We were able to subside the noise finally so I messaged in the app alerting them the noise was fixed for the moment. I went to bed but my brother who was sleeping in bunks near freezer told me the next morning it started making the noise multiple times throughout the night and he had to get up and try and fix. No one ever called to address the issue the next day. The last night we decided to sleep on pull out couch, it was broken and covered in crumbs. The pool closes at 10pm, which is way to early for vacation in my opinion. This is not an owner, it's a management company which I will not be doing again. The floors were so dirty it left my 2 year olds feet black after walking on it for a while. Sheets were too small for king size bed
