The Space:

Waterscape's A211 has a wonderful view of the Pier on Okaloosa Island. The open floor plan of this home allows every room to lead onto a spacious balcony with outdoor seating. The condo's kitchen is well appointed with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and beautifully tiled floors. All dishes, cooking utensils, and bake ware are provided to complete and serve meals. The dining area has a large table. This beautiful home offers a twin bunk area for extra accommodations. The open living room houses a queen sofa bed, TV, and DVD player. There is a half bath located off of the main living area near the bunk room. The primary bedroom features a king bed, private bath with stand up shower and garden tub, TV, and DVD player. The second bedroom includes a queen bed, private bath with stand up shower and garden tub, TV, and DVD player. This condo offers a washer/dryer for your convenience. There is wireless internet connection throughout the building.

Beach service is included from March to October.

All guests regardless of age are to be considered for Occupancy count in Fort Walton Beach, FL



All registered guests staying at Waterscape will be required to wear the

RFID wristbands provided. These wristbands are mandatory

for access to all Waterscape amenities.

Please note:

● Wristbands must be worn at all times when using the amenities.

● Guests without wristbands will not be permitted access.

● Wristbands are provided only for the number of registered guests

and cannot exceed the unit’s maximum occupancy, all occupants

count toward max occupancy regardless of age

● Guests must provide the exact number of occupants in order to

receive the correct amount of wristbands for their stay

● A $50 non-refundable fee per wristband will be charged if any are

lost or not returned at checkout.

● Children 5 and under are not required to wear the wristbands

● Wristbands are not required for beach access

OK Overall

The location is great! The condo and amenities need updating. Check-in process was easy; unfortunately we didn’t have the option for late checkout and the showers to use near the pool did not provide warm water, making a cold beach/pool day hard to manage. Also the hot tubs were not working our last day. Overall I would recommend a stay at this resort, but pay the extra money for a view!

If a view is not important and keeping kiddos happy is more important, then this is your place. There is a small view of the beach, just a glimpse. The pool and lazy river was enjoyable. We reported to property management that the guest bedroom ceiling fan was very loud and they contacted the owner. The fan was not fixed or replaced during our stay. No one could sleep in the guest room because the ceiling fan was too loud. The living room curtains blackout the morning sun. In the bedrooms, the sun brightens your room at 5:30 AM. If you want to wake at 5:30 AM, this is your place!
