This was our first time to Sterling Reef. I booked our amazing condo 205 thru VRBO. Avari Mgmt was so responsive and easy to work with. We loved it and will recommend this to our acquaintances.

The room itself was very clean and exactly what our family needed. The view was beautiful! I loved being close to the pier. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking. Wifi was easy to connect to and the hosts were pretty responsive to communication.It was really hard having such a late check in time, they wouldn't allow us to check in until 4pm even though we arrived in the area around 1pm. 4pm is just such a late check in so I didn't like that.I would advise to bring an extra blanket if you're cold natured, the ones provided are pretty thin. The garbage disposal was broken and that information wasn't relayed to us before coming into the apartment. We had a small snag with getting physically onto the beach because there is a gate that requires a code and the code wasn't provided to us so we had to go inside and ask the front desk. There were no instructions on what to do with our full trash bag so we just left it outside the apartment door.The only other thing was that the building only has 2 elevators and one was out of service so it made getting up and down a huge pain because the wait was really long or the elevator would be really crowded. All in all we really did enjoy our stay, there were just a few little buggy things.

Noelle, the Gulf view, easy cooking in the kitchen, and being close to the pier sound like lovely parts of your family’s stay. We’re glad our team was responsive, but we’re sorry about the broken garbage disposal, missing beach-gate code and trash guidance, and the long elevator waits. Having to ask the front desk for access or guess what to do with your trash made things harder than they should have been. We also hear you on the late check-in and thin blankets. We appreciate you sharing these specifics with us, and we’re glad you enjoyed your time overall.
