The Space:

Pelican Isle 313 offers gorgeous third floor, Gulf-front views from the private balcony. Create lasting beach memories in this tastefully-decorated condominium offering a peaceful and welcoming ambiance throughout. Upon entering, you will find the main bedroom leading into the spacious main bath. The hallway includes a set of twin-size beds, perfect for children, and leads to the kitchen, dining area, and living room. You will feel immediately at home in the fully-equipped kitchen, offering all necessities to create a picture-perfect vacation. The living room includes a sleeper sofa along with a television and DVD player. There is also a washer and dryer combination in the condo for added convenience. The balcony boasts incredible Gulf-front views of the crystal-clear waters, perfect for taking in the stunning colors of the sunrise and sunset.



Pelican Isle is conveniently located directly on the beach, just a short stroll down the boardwalk to the most sought-after sugar white sands of the Gulf Coast. Take a dip in the outdoor pool and hot tub or enjoy the on-site fitness area. Pelican Isle is just a short walk, bike ride or drives to various shops and restaurants. It is just under two and a half miles from the Okaloosa Island Fishing Pier and the Gulfarium Marine Adventure Park. It is also just under three miles from Wild Willyā€™s Adventure Zone and the Emerald Coast Convention Center, creating fun for the whole family.

We loved this place!!!! Would definitely go back and stay there again in the future but would book via Wyndham Vacation Rentals direct to save some fees.

Has everything you need in the kitchen and comfortable enough furniture. Beautiful ocean views from the balcony and inside the condo. Quiet condo good walking in the neighborhood and the beach. Short drive to grocery shopping and restaurants. Easy online booking and good instructions for entering and departure from the condo.

It was wonderful staying in Pelican Isle. It was close to the water. The umbrella & chairs were so nice to have. Everything felt clean. I do wish the outside lights didnt make the bedroom so bright at night but that's really pretty minor. We hope to return again.

This unit was great for our stay. Easy process to check in and out. The staff were always pleasant and very helpful. Very clean on arrival and has a beautiful view of the ocean from the balcony. Our stay was fantastic. Property was as listed. Right on beach, nice place. Only negatives were very small tv’s, master bed mattress was incredibly uncomfortable and not enough bedding or towels provided for number of guests listed (sleeps 6 only bedding for 4, was told to buy more pillows). Would go again if master bed mattress is replaced.

We loved the complimentary chairs and umbrella. The tv’s are a little small for the room size; however, we spent all day at the beach! We did enjoy the two free DVD’s rentals per day. Of the evening, we relaxed on the couch, watched a movie, and listened to the ocean waves. Very pretty place and would recommend!
