The Space:

This condo has a view of the Gulf of Mexico and the Tropical Gardens and Pools. Unit C401 has an open floor plan that leads to a private spacious balcony with outdoor furniture. This condo is decorated with golden yellows and earthy brown tones, nautical artwork, and stylish furnishings. The condo's kitchen is well appointed with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and beautifully tiled floors. All dishes, cooking utensils, and bake ware are provided to complete and serve meals. The dining area has a large table. This condo offers a unique twin bunk area for extra accommodations. The open living room houses a queen sofa bed, TV, and DVD player. There is a full bathroom accessible from the second bedroom and the main hallway. The primary bedroom features a four poster king bed, bath with stand up shower and garden tub, TV, and DVD player. The second bedroom includes a queen bed, bath with stand up shower and garden tub, TV, and DVD player. There is a stackable washer/dryer included in the home for your convenience.

All registered guests staying at Waterscape will be required to wear the

RFID wristbands provided. These wristbands are mandatory

for access to all Waterscape amenities.

Please note:

● Wristbands must be worn at all times when using the amenities.

● Guests without wristbands will not be permitted access.

● Wristbands are provided only for the number of registered guests

and cannot exceed the unit’s maximum occupancy, all occupants

count toward max occupancy regardless of age

● Guests must provide the exact number of occupants in order to

receive the correct amount of wristbands for their stay

● A $25 non-refundable fee per wristband will be charged if any are

lost or not returned at checkout.

● Children 5 and under are not required to wear the wristbands

● Wristbands are not required for beach access

We love waterscape, but this particular property felt really rundown and bare bones. The kitchen was very sparsely stocked (cookware, etc.). The knives in the unit were not really useful at all. This may not be an issue if you don't plan to cook or prepare food. The furniture in the bedrooms was much too large for the rooms and made it difficult to move comfortably with anyone else in the room with you. We all felt that the condo itself just needed a major facelift.

The location is great! The condo is very clean! We had plenty of space and love the bunk beds! The view is beautiful! The facilities are great with beautiful pools and love the tiki bar! We will stay here again.

New Beach family vacay

We normally vacation somewhere else but decided to try Waterscape out. We loved the ease of check-in, communication, parking and how there was several options for swimming. Downsides in our opinion was no on-site giftshop/ store for items. They have one place by the pool to get food and it seemed a little high price wise. Overall pleased with the condo but we arent sold on having to drive so far to do things.

This was my 4th time to stay at waterscape it was as clean and beautiful as the first time I stayed

I have always stayed in a big family group 8 or so every time I have been there .there is something for everyone there. My toddler love the kiddy area with the water slide my teenagers love the large pool with the lily pads that they could walk over and the other pool me and my wife enjoyed the hot tub and the lazy river and the tiki bar in the beach is right there easy accessible with the chair and umbrella waiting

Spring Break '23

Second time at Waterscape, and although this was a different unit the experience was par to the first in 2018. My family had a great time. The unit had all the kitchen utensils needed for making meals. Publix supermarket is a 5 minute drive. We even grilled out. Movie night at the pool for kids. Overall great, wish we stayed longer.

Review- Warm, Welcoming Condo on Okaloosa Island

We had a great stay at Waterscape Condo. Property Manager stayed in touch with us to make sure everything was ok. Facilities were well maintained and gorgeous! Towels were skimpy as were kitchen cooking/baking tools. I recommend bringing some of your own if you want to eat in. Coffee pot is a traditional coffee pot that requires ground coffee, not pods. We would stay again but we would bring our own towels and kitchen items.

Good place to stay

We loved the resort, especially the kiddie pool since we had 3 little kids in our group. The condo itself could use a little TLC but only minor things (i.e. paint, the fridge ran loud a few times). I wish there were kid friendly dishes available and a door for the bunk room would’ve been nice. Additional pillows and blankets would have been nice as well. We had 4 adults and 3 kids under 3. We fit well and didn’t feel like we cramped. The place was very clean when we arrived.
