The Space:

This magnificent condo has a view of the tropical gardens and pools. The main bedroom, second bedroom, and living room open up to a spacious patio with outdoor seating. B414 is beautifully decorated in tropical blues, greens, and earthy brown tones and is accentuated with wonderful artwork. The condo's kitchen is well appointed with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and beautifully tiled floors. All dishes, cooking utensils, and bakeware are provided to complete and serve meals. The dining area has a large table. This beautiful retreat offers a twin bunk area for extra accommodations. The open living room houses a queen sofa bed, TV, and DVD player. There is a half bathroom located off of the main living area near the bunk room. The main bedroom features a private bath with a stand-up shower and garden tub, TV, and DVD player. The second bedroom includes a private bath with a stand-up shower and garden tub, TV, and DVD player. There is a stackable washer/dryer included for your convenience.

All guests regardless of age are to be considered for Occupancy count in Fort Walton Beach, FL



All registered guests staying at Waterscape will be required to wear the

RFID wristbands provided. These wristbands are mandatory

for access to all Waterscape amenities.

Please note:

● Wristbands must be worn at all times when using the amenities.

● Guests without wristbands will not be permitted access.

● Wristbands are provided only for the number of registered guests

and cannot exceed the unit’s maximum occupancy, all occupants

count toward max occupancy regardless of age

● Guests must provide the exact number of occupants in order to

receive the correct amount of wristbands for their stay

● A $50 non-refundable fee per wristband will be charged if any are

lost or not returned at checkout.

● Children 5 and under are not required to wear the wristbands

● Wristbands are not required for beach access

Nice resort

Beautiful location

We loved our stay. The location of the condo is great. The heated pool was nice when it was open. The hot tub was open on and off- only one at a time, but definitely necessary with the weather this week. Walking to the beach was great and two chairs/umbrella come with the condo rental. Overall, our stay was wonderful. The condo is definitely dated. The appliances are old and the stove/oven is questionable. The beds were not comfortable and that would probably be our biggest complaint. The layout was perfect for us and worked for our family.

Very clean, great view, great atmosphere with everything we needed.

Beautiful property, well decorated and spacious. I loved the set up of the condo. The rooms were clean with big bathrooms. Great view from the oversized balcony with access from each bedroom. The kitchen was perfect for our needs. Ice maker in the fridge which was very useful. The only thing I wish I could have changed was the mattress in the master bedroom. This mattress seemed like a much older style with nothing but springs and super uncomfortable. Hard as a rock!!! We did not sleep very well on this mattress. Everything else was absolutely lovely and perfect!! Very enjoyable for our family! We will plan to return to this property in the future!!

We love waterscape

We decided to extend our stay after leaving another condo resort and this unit was available for the 2 days we needed. This is our 3rd trip to waterscape, and we love it although the beach here is super crowded. Negatives on this room- the half bath ceiling is super moldy. The bed skirts were also stained, although I did tell mgmt this when they called to check in on us. The master bed makes so many noises, we didn’t sleep well. The 2 seats and umbrella service is nice. However if you want a chair close to the water you have to prepay $15 to reserve it the night before. Otherwise it’s first come first serve. The pool and atmosphere is amazing at waterscape and it’s within walking distance to a few restaurants and a mini golf/ice cream place.

Comfortable Stay

First of all…the cleanest condo that we have rented as far as I can remember. Kudos to the cleaning team. As far as the condo itself, it was very spacious and comfortable. Some updates needed, but nothing major. Both bathrooms were spacious, beds comfy (if you like beds on the harder side), kitchen well stocked (no condiments), and the washer/dryer and half bath were nice perks. Loved the deck, unexpected view of the ocean and the palm trees gave it nice privacy. The Master bedroom picks up the pool noise, but all quiets down by 10 at the latest. Speaking of pools, our 4 year old granddaughter LOVED all the options. Her favorite was the lazy river.The only negative is she did not like wearing the resort bracelets, she has sensory issues. It was nice having the snack shack on property and the restaurants across the street were convenient for us, due to early bedtimes for Grands. Also, we took them to the Gulfarium and the Seacoast Science Center which they loved. The resort was a bit crowded for our taste so we would come back in off season. But a family friendly resort for sure! AND, finally hats off to Vacasa managment! They were spot on and very efficient and friendly with great follow -up!
