Large, modern 5-bedroom villa right on the seafront in Porto Petro, with stunning views. The interior of this very spacious villa is luxurious and tastefully decorated. The outdoor area with a private pool overlooking the port of Porto Petro offers a relaxed atmosphere with several seating areas. There is rocky access to the sea and a small sandy area near the house.

The villa is built on a hillside over two floors. The upper level features a spacious living room with sliding glass doors overlooking the pool, a dining area, and a large, fully equipped kitchen. Also on this level are two double bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom, and a guest toilet. Stunning terraces with sea views complete the picture.

On the pool level, there are three double bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom and sliding doors leading to the pool terrace. There is a separate TV room, also with access to the outdoor area.

The legally mandated eco-tax is not included in the accommodation price and must be paid separately based on the number of guests.
