This 600 sq ft one bedroom, one bath condo is perfect for a couple or a family traveling with children. It can accommodate up to six people. There is a queen-sized bed in the bedroom, a set of tucked-away berth bunks perfect for the kids, and a sleeper sofa in the living room.

We were very upset not having the hot tub to use while we were there for the month. We’ve gone to Tucson and Florida. We have always had a working hot tub. When looking for places to stay that’s why we choose it for the hot tub. We understand things break down, but they usually get fixed in a very timely manner and five weeks is ridiculous. If it’s the HOA and board issue, why can’t they go and do a Zoom meeting and get things taken care of and make their customers happy for where they’re staying at and paying for it. We feel that we should be compensated for not being able to use the hot tub the whole month and the swimming pool the last week.

This condo was perfect for myself, my wife, and our two kids. The condo is smaller but well-appointed. The location can't be beat! It has a gulf front view and is close to the pool, beach access, and on-site restaurant! Having everyone we need on-site, including a coffee shop, was so nice and relaxing! We would definitely stay here again!

Nice little quiet place with a nice view from the balcony. It is a little bit of a hike to the beach, mabe 100 t0 150 yards but its well worth the hike. Would recommend a wagon for your chairs and beach stuff. The beach is perfect and not extremely crowded.

Absolutely the best!

We could not have asked for a better stay! The unit was very clean. The beds were comfortable, and the view was fantastic. Looking forward to coming back again some day! The only thing I might suggest would be a little broom to sweep.

The only thing good about this place was the view! Walked in the door and it smelled of mold. Come to find mold in the bathroom and around the air vents in the bathroom and bedroom. Had to clean the house to be comfortable. Refer did not cool properly. Furniture was absolutely horrible, old! Matress covers were dirty with what looked like blood. Dishes were dirty and had to he washed before you could cook or eat. Silverware tray was filthy. Only good was the view!

We enjoyed our stay very much. Being so close to the beach was a plus to this condo for sure.

We enjiyed our time there, next time we want to stay longer to really enjoy the beach more. It rained most of the first day. We chose to enjoy the beach and the pool instead of venturing out. We thought the food was great from Kiva Grill and the bar tender/waitress was very kind. Sassy Bass was ok for us but not worth the price. Kat was super nice and funny at check in.

Great Oceanfront property!

The condo has a great ocean front view! The property is a little away from the main gulf shores area, about a 15 minute drive, but it is a very scenic route. The condo was very clean upon arrival and check in went very smooth. The bed and the rest of the furniture were comfortable. All of the outside pools were a little too cold to use but we used the indoor pools multiple times and they were very nice!
