We were never contacted by the VRBO with the room number or the access so we had to deal with calling 3 people that had very heavy accents which made communication difficult. The room 406B was very run down several lights including the deck did not work. The plumbing squealed like a whistle every time someone in the building above flushed their toilet or ran their water. Horrible accommodations and I will not use VRBO again.

We was called 2 hours before we was still to arrive that the previous had left the oven on and there was a burning smell in the room. It was the lady at the front desk who called us, sprayed the room, and was going to leave to balcony doors open to air it out not the ones who have the room. It was terrible for 4 days, we had to air it out and gag, deal with it, no nothing from the owners. The toilet was terrible with the sqeal all the time, hardly any lights worked, and then we wondered if there was the burning smell then did the smoke detectors work too. We had everything we needed to get in but no room number. Definitely do my research next time and not follow everyone else on the trip.

Nice property. Great activities. We fished from the docks, played pickleball, played cornhole, swam in the pool, dipped in the hot tub, walked the beach, all right there!! Only (non) issue was when we arrived we never recieved the door code. Upon calling they insisted they already sent it and hadn't. Before convincing them to resend the email with the code we walked to the room and saw the key for the room in an open lockbox on the front door. Didnt need the code. That wasnt communicated but not a big deal. It was a great stay and wpuld stay there again for the cost, cleanliness, security, and activities/location!!!
