The only thing this property had going for it was the location. It was a nice walk to the beach and it was a “private beach” in a sense . The dog friendly was a plus as well. But the property was out dated and literally falling apart ! And they need to hire new cleaners . It was dirty the couches were black and it smelt like mold and dog pee the whole time . The showers had mold in them and the ceiling was literally peeling off . There was a hole in the wall. And the pots and pans were filthy . We had to wash them before we could even cook on them. Plus the cabinets the pots were stored in had garbage and flies all over them. Dead and alive. And knats in all the windows. And You literally are just paying for the location. In my opinion it needs to be lower on price . Then you get to the outdoor patio and the chairs are crumbling and broke . As if the house falling apart wasn’t enough. The only good thing was the host was awesome and easy to communicate with. But they definitely need to hire new cleaners and do some renovations before the whole house caves in. Also the trash was awful, it seemed to not be put out for weeks . Smelt it all the way from outside into the house . We are definitely booking a different house next year .
