Beautiful cottage "Siedlerhof", 750 m a.s.l., detached, built in 2018, surrounded by trees and meadows. In the district of Weissenbach 2.5 km from the centre of Haus im Ennstal, 9 km from the centre of Schladming, 11 km from the centre of Ramsau am Dachstein, 4 km from the lake, 2 km from the skiing area, in the countryside. For shared use: natural state property 600 m2. Tennis (2 x clay court). Private: garden 30 m2 (not fenced) with meadow. In the house: storage room for skis, ski boot dryer. Roofed, parking (for 2 cars). Supermarket 2.5 km, restaurant 2.5 km, bus stop 100 m, railway station "Haus im Ennstal" 1.8 km, indoor swimming pool 10 km, bathing lake "Aicher Badesee" 4 km. Tennis 20 m, mountain railway 2 km, ski lift 2 km, ski bus stop 100 m. Note: 2 large tennis courts on the property can be used free of charge.

Upper floor: 2 rooms, each room with 1 double bed and shower/WC. Kitchen-/living room (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine) with small dining table. Underfloor heating. Parquet floors. Balcony, terrace partly roofed. Terrace furniture, electric barbecue (portable), deck chairs (2), box-room. View of the mountains. Facilities: children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm. When there are less than the maximum number of guests staying at the property, not all of the housing units will be available for use.

2 schöne saubere Wohnungen

Zwei über eine Außentreppe verbundene schöne, saubere, moderne Wohnungen. 1 Bad pro Schlafraum. Zum gemeinsamen Essen müssen Tisch, Stühle, Teller und Besteck von einer Wohnung mit in die andere genommen werden.

Es war alles Perfekt.

Es ist ein wunderschönes Haus mit einem tollen Ausblick. Wir sind als Familie angereist mit Kind und Hund. Wir haben die unterer Etage vom Haus bewohnt. Es ist sehr modern eingerichtet und alles sehr sauber. Der Vermieter ist super nett. Ich kann dieses Haus nur weiterempfehlen.

Toller Kurzurlaub! Das Haus war sehr modern und gemütlich. Es war alles vorhanden was man braucht, wie z.B. Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler usw. Wir würden jederzeit wieder herkommen.

Mooi gelegen huis op slechts 1,5km van de lift. Bestaat uit 2 boven elkaar gelegen appartementen met ieder 2 slaapkamers met eigen douche/wc

Wintersport 2022 met kids en aanhang. Allen hadden eigen slaapkamer met badkamer wat een luxe is. Skiën in Haus im Ennstall op 4 min met de auto. Skigebied super en locatie huis ook. Huis is nieuw en modern ingericht. Dus geen Oostenrijkse inrichting. Enige jammere is dat er niet echt een aparte WOONKAMER is. Aanrader en wij komen zeker terug. A. R.

Entspannter Familienurlaub

Das sehr gepflegte Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Lage, ideal für Kinder, die man auf der Wiese die direkt an der Terasse liegt, springen lassen kann. Im Haus fehlt es an nichts! Man findet in der Küche sämtliche Utensilien zum kochen. Außerdem befindet sich ein Hauswirtschatsraum indem man ein Staubsauger, ein Besen, Liegen, ein Wäscheständer, eine nagelneue Waschmaschine und ein Grill findet. Wirklich perfekt für einen Familienurlaub! Der Hausbesitzer ist sehr nett und für alle Belange offen.

Modern ausgestattetes Ferienhaus mit allem Notwendigen. Vermieter freundlich und hilfsbereit. Frische Milch vom Bauern erhältlich. Tennisplatz direkt vor der Haustür. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in Aich und Haus. Haus inmitten einer traumhaften Bergwelt.

Schönes neues Ferienhaus

Es handelt sich um ein sehr schönes neues Ferienhaus. Alles ist sehr freundlich eingerichtet und die Küche ist sehr gut und sauber ausgestattet. Das Frühstück auf der Terrasse war ein perfekter Start in jeden Tag. Auch der Rest war sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr herzlich und komplett problemfrei. Wir können diese Unterkunft ohne Einschränkungen weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank für die schönen Tage!

Nieuw, schoon, ideaal met twee gezinnen

Het zijn 2 identieke appartementen. Beiden met 2 slaapkamers met aansluitende badkamers en een moderne keuken. Het was schoon en ruim genoeg. Veel opbergruimte. Er waren genoeg spullen in de keuken, wat altijd prettig is. Op ca 15 mintuen lopen is een restaurant, de Speckhutte, waar je prima kan eten. Onze kinderen hadden skiles op de Planai, wat goed aan te rijden is (10 min) en waar voldoende parkeerruimte is. Wij waren zeer tevreden en hebben meteen voor volgend jaar geboekt!
