Premium penthouse with sauna

At 115 m², the exclusive penthouse suite offers the highest level of residential comfort for 6 to 8 persons. The luxurious penthouse features three bedrooms, three bathrooms with rainfall shower (two of them en suite, hairdryer available) and a separate toilet. You sleep in comfortable double beds, all bedrooms are equipped with a flat-screen TV. In the spacious living-dining area, the sofa bed accommodates 2 persons, and there is also a flat-screen TV here. The gas fireplace in the living area provides an extra touch of comfort and atmosphere.



The elegant kitchen in the premium penthouse is fully equipped with cutlery and (cooking) crockery, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment and dishwasher. The equipment also includes a toaster, kettle and a coffee machine. For your arrival, a small ALPS RESORTS starter set is available consisting of dishwasher tablets, dishwashing liquid (sample), sponges, bin bags, cleaning and tea towels.



The highlight of the penthouse suite is the private wellness area on the balcony, with an outdoor sauna and views of the Hohen Dachstein. Additionally, you will find a comfortable outdoor seating area on the balcony.

WiFi is available to you free of charge.

Rundum eine perfekte Zeit

Wir hatten einen fantastischen Aufenthalt in der Villa Liesl! Der Fahrstuhl direkt ins Penthouse war ein toller Komfort, die Küche war hervorragend ausgestattet und einwandfrei, und der Balkon bot eine atemberaubende Aussicht. Die große Sauna war ein Highlight, und die guten Matratzen sowie das geräumige, schöne Bad haben unseren Aufenthalt perfekt gemacht. Wir haben eine erholsame und wunderbare Zeit verbracht – absolut empfehlenswert!

Tolle Tage in der Villa Liesl für große Familie super geeignet

Hochwertige und modern ausgestattete große Wohnung. Gute Lage im Ort zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und zur Seilbahn Häuser Kaibling. Parken überdacht für zwei Fahrzeuge möglich . Fahrstuhl mit direktem Zugang zur Wohnung. Schöne große Terrasse inkl. Sauna. Zusätzliche Schlafmöglichkeiten im Wohnzimmer mit Schrankbett zum ausklappen. Wasserkocher wurde sofort auf Anfrage zur Verfügung gestellt. Schneller Check-in inkl. Sommercard. Checkout unkompliziert. Das Starterpaket für die Reinigung ist etwas klein. Für einen großen Haushalt benötigt man relativ viel Geschirr und somit viel Reinigungsmaterial. Auch ein paar Müllbeutel zusätzlich wären nett. Eventuell zukünftig noch eine Kaffeemaschine für Filter bereitstellen. Es gab nur eine mit speziellen Tschibo Kapseln. Aber der Billa ist nicht weit...
